The same boy reason I give 2 stars isn’t of one is that I actually like the food. The customer service is always shaky at best, but tonight I called 3 separate times to try and place a delivery order and was put on hold for 6 minutes, 20 minutes, and then I was basically scolded by the staff for calling back a 3rd time. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
Now, granted I was 3 sheets to the wind...I pull up at about 1am on Thursday. I believe I got pepperoni and sausage by the slice! It was absolutely amazing! Dark,crispy undercarriage. Thin slice, great sauce...Mmmm! If the pizza were a woman, I would have made love to it! Real talk! Washed it all down with a couple of strawberry fantas! Cool staff too! I'll be back!
Place has gone downhill what we’re once huge calzones are now Paninis, the pizzas lack toppings and cheese as well as being dry and overcooked. Despite the price increase the portions and quality has decreased. Big Tomatoe Pizza you lost A customer for life.
Big Tomato Special, Honey Garlic, and Pepperoni pizza we’re all DELISH! This is one of my favorite pizza places in DSM.
Absolute incompetency at every level, how this place is still in business is astonishing. Awful pizza, awful service. Avoid at all costs unless you want your night ruined.
We ordered a pizza. From the the time we called to the time the pizza was delivered, the service was great! The gentleman that took our order and delivered was awesome. Great sense of humor. Now to the pizza. He suggested these calzone cheesy bread sticks. DELICIOUS Our pizza was delicious. I can't speak highly enough of the service and food!!!

Why is this only 4 stars? Best pizza in 96 and still the best. Moved away and moved back to eastern iowa. Was in town for volleyball thought I could use a little nostalgia. Told them my story about going to BT in the 90s. They introduced me to Italian fries and honey garlic. OMG!! Both were AMAZING!!!! hardly had enough room for my still amazing pep,mush, artichoke pizza. SSOOOOOO good!!! If in town or passing through got to grab some.
A good place to go for late night pizza. They are open to 3am! You can get pizza by the slice or grab a huge Pie to go!
