It's too tall to stand up in the cup holder and it's really difficult to drive while holding it.When I went there last time, the cashier wasn't the most friendly, but not because she wasn't trying. I don't think English was her first language. All Ice cream was melted very soft . Looked like Ice Cream had been in freezer for a long time.
Constant cancelation for no reason and if it does arrive there is a 80% chance something is wrong.
Consistently seems to make the orders wrong with deliveries. The last three times there have been issues from a completely wrong order (none of the flavors, toppings or anything was correct) to misreading the order as a cone and not contacting us to correct it (even though it was a cup on the receipt, not a cone.) Very disappointing because I enjoy the ice cream.
I love the cake and the service was great but it needs to be eaten quickly or it will melt really fast but I love it!

Even though it was warm day.today..foryummy Bask in Robbins ice cream?.........and a cold evening... Hot cocoa in a hot cup......is the Bomb!!!
We ordered an icecream cake for our daughters 7th birthday. Pick up time was 2:00, I got there close to 2:30 and our cake was not ready, they explained the cake person called in and they were working on getting caught up because they had to figure out how to use the decorating tools. They quickly got to work on it and had it done in 10 minutes and apologized many times for the wait. The cake was delicious and the customer service was wonderful, even with the wait. Was my experience perfect, no not by definition but what was perfect was the opportunity to show kindness in a situation where not everyone would. This is the new norm, unexpected delays slower than normal service due to the nationwide staffing issues, unexpected illness and mishaps. We are all in this together and doing the best we can, especially small business. I was show this tonight with my experience and watching how hard the assumed owners were working to get things done and make things right for their customers because they truly value their business and customers.
