We visited for the first time this past Sunday. Idk if it's short staffed or what but there was overflowing trash in the bathroom, outside to the point we just put our trash on the ground next to the can, and both soda machines were clogged and overflowing and dripping onto the carpet. Yiiiikessss. I'm avoiding this place bc I don't want a side of mold with my meal. As for the food - both myself and my daughter said we'd rather have gone to McDs lolll
Good food as always but cleanliness was not great but I guess that is what you can expect with millennial employees
It was great!! My food was fairly scorching, the staff was so friendly. Floors were below standard. The manager there, heavier set with dark brown almost black hair is one of the sweetest people I know. While I was there I swear she busted her butt running in circles to help everyone she could.
Amazing food, friendly staff, they almost always serve their food fresh, unlike most fast food places.
Food accuracy is unacceptably low here. Over priced and terrible accuracy. Prices need cut in half with the quality of service/food.
I got my food extremely quickly, and it was delicious. The fries were crispy and hot, and the burger tasted wonderful. Also, the name is fun to say.
Here's what you should know:* The burger was good... not great. It was akin to something you'd find at Burger King.* The fries were marginal at best. They were fresh and hot though.* The bathroom was filthy* The dining area was not as dirty but it needed attention* For some some reason, this 50's themed restaurant played obnoxious 60's tunes.
Delicious food, excellent customer service and wait time not very long even when they're busy, but the music is super annoying
Got my sandwich just the way I wanted it fries were fresh and not too salty. Great experience. Liked the fact that the staff were friendly and laughing from the kitchen shows good work ethics happy bunch.
Always enjoy a good burger from B-Bops. Every time I have been to this location, the help is politeful & foods been good. Closest thing to my west coast burger joint....In-N-Out burger.
