I did not catch his name but he was working the drive through tonight. I know we have been experiencing a lot lately and it hit workers like these the most and they are always understaffed. This gentleman MADE OUR NIGHT. He was so witty and had very high spirits. I need to go back to get his name because they need to make sure to give him a raise and make sure he realizes how appreciated he is.
Waited in line for 45 minutes for the new wagyu deluxe burger. Once I received my food finally I checked to make sure all items were correct. Fries were fresh thank you for that. But when I got home I checked out the burger and the burger was charred to a crisp and was more dry than a river in the Sahara desert. It was almost like a Popeyes biscuit stuck between a bun.
I went through the drive through today and had an excellent experience!The young lady that took my order was fast, friendly, and made it an effortless process. Best drive through experience I’ve had in quite awhile!
Made everything core try, was fresh and hot and they accept more than one or two coupons so you can eat cheap and fed a bunch of people. Friendly staff as always just maybe need a couple more people on busy nights.
Great service. Food was enjoyed thoroughly. New burger was on point. Floors were slick the day I came in, so watch out.
Tried the new burger..... It's ok at best.... Texture is a lil off to me and taste is a lil different as well.... Not a bad first burger overall
I dont know what you put in your beef and cheddar, but its amazing. I also like the chicken bacon Swiss and the fish sandwich
Food good but very cheap with the sauce for the sandwich. At least put it in the middle of the sandwich so it evenly distributes lol.
There's a wait in the drive-thru but to be expected at 9:30 on a Friday night friendly staff and fast service considering five to seven cars ahead in line, total time in drive-thru roughly 20mins, acceptable for the time and day. Food was hot and fresh.
Just ordered food here and all of my food was cold.. we were the only people in line and they could even make fresh stuff.. sad
