Usually awesome but this time bad visit took way 2 long in drive thru and cheese sticks cold and nasty as well as the french dip. ???
The service was very poor! I am allergic to pickles and ask to have a fresh sandwich and not to just take the pickles off because there would still be pickle juice on the bun. I always check before I take a bite to be safe. Both of our sandwiches had pickles! My husband doesn't get pickles in order to keep me safe. With the cost of gas, we didn't go back so we just threw money out the window because of the lack of customer service!
30+ min wait in a 4 car line. Ordered a turkey & Swiss, no tomato. Wrap was falling apart and full of tomatoes plus bacon and the wrong sauce. Got a sloppy mix of half crinkle cut fries and half curly. Out of time and hangry as the meal was barely palatable.
I would only eat Arby's all the time if I could afford it. The Best and Juicey Roast Beef I Love to eat. Thank U for being here for me. LUV YA ❤️
I had a doordash. No customers in the lobby or drive thru. I thought I could just pick it up through the drive thru. They told me to pick up inside. I went inside. Found one employee on her phone and nobody was so busy they couldn’t hand me the order through drive thru. Unbelievable.
Went on a shake run for work. Damn I love summer. The lady at the drive thru is amazing and super friendly.
Excellent service, Miranda at the window was so nice, and after how some service has been at other places this was a relief. Will stop again.

I ordered Door Dash from this Arby's and the fries I got were so disgusting they were no longer edible. It looked like they had been sitting on the floor all day. This was heartbreaking.
