After our lukewarm food was delivered, the waitress ignored us even when she took care of the table beside us. The next time she gave us her attention was when she brought the check. I asked for a refill of my ice tea only to be told that they were out and starting another batch. We were there after 1 pm on a weekday.
Applebee's was great the food came out hot the service was great as well and fast as well. the only thing I would complain about is the greeter who seated us was a little rude and didn't even bother to ask us if we wanted a booth or not and then left us standing waiting for the booth that needed to be cleaned but someone else cleaned the booth for us and all was good thank you Applebee's staff.
I can always count on this Applebee's to make my salmon well-done but not burnt or overcooked. And it doesn't taste like it came out of the freezer, like many Midwest restaurant salmon does. They just added impossible burgers to the menu. Now my vegetarian husband can more protein than a salad offers. Plus they have perfect mini desserts.
Usually have a good time but this time they forgot our fries to both of our meals. When I mentioned it they brought out one order of fries at first. Then had to ask for another. Then when I got home I noticed they forgot the extra sauces that were an extra cost. I’ve worked in good and service before so I’m patient with it but sauces and fries seems simple enough to me.
Shawn Carroll was the best bartender I’ve ever had. Super quick on his feet, very attentive, incredibly polite, and never made a mistake the entire time. Even with a packed house he was always ready to help.
Most of the food was great but when did they start using Kraft mac n cheese. We all know the taste and texture of warmed up mac n cheese. Thats how it was. Rubbery and not even cheesey
Our first visit to Applebee’s was a pleasureThe staff were welcoming the place had its own vibe. We loved eating the delicious food there and the dessert won my heart ❤️
I come here often with my mother who has dementia and honestly it's her favorite place. I have no complaints as the food is always consistently very good and I have had numerous things off the menu at this point. With the Staffing shortage going on I have never had an issue in this restaurant. These workers have stepped up and present a great picture for their company!
Some of the best all around service I've had. Our waiter was very good. The food was very good as well. Great service is hard to find now. This place provided that and then some!!!
TLDR; I'd give no stars if google allowed it.Ordered takeout on the website, it went fine. Two for 24, onion rings, broccoli chicken alfredo, and a cheeseburger. Asked for items(Pickle and tomato) to not be on the burger. Got them anyway. Called to complain and was told by the manager on call "I don't make the food, I just assemble the orders". I wanted a replacement due to the allergies of my dinner partner, but no offer to replace the item was made over the phone. Terrible customer service, will not be a repeat visit.I do imagine if I had been physically present and making a scene, that there might have been a reasonable accommodation made, but I decided to cook instead, and that went over better with my date than not having food she could eat. As a result of the delay of making a replacement meal, my pasta dish was cold. Not entirely Applebee's fault there, I could have let her go hungry, but the point remains.
