I ordered one sandwich with extra mayo all of my sandwiches were loaded with mayo. When I called to ask why my sandwich didn't have tomato the girl said they had no tomato and that there was a large sign stating that(I didn't see sign) what if I couldn't read I thought this was very rude how she spoke to me! I further went on to ask why all my sandwiches were loaded with mayo she said if you ask for extra you're going to get extra(I explained I asked for it on one) she was very rude and argumentative. I also asked why I didn't get my side of mayo I asked for she said they must not of heard me, I told her I asked him at the window, she tried to say well he didn't tell them(which he did I heard him) as if to make him look bad?(he did his job and was good at it) at this point I informed her she clearly just wants to be argumentative told her have nice day. Wendy's I really need you to do better, when I spend $40 on fast
Very upset there drive threw wasn't open when I already order threw the app and refused to give me my food and said they are closed when the drive threw should be open I am so mad! Worst service ever!!!!!
I always like the menu at Wendy’s but I’ve always been bugged by the misplaced letters on the front of the west Locust site. They don’t quite conform to the logo. It always bugs me when I stare at it while getting gas across the street.
Awful. I ordered 4pc spicey nuggets w ghost pepper ranch and the nuggets I received were stale and hard and there wasn't meat. I took a picture. I never even received a receipt! And they gave only one ghost pepper ranch. I also ordered baconator fries and wanted the ghost pepper ranch for that too but like I said I only received one. They NEVER give you your receipt so they can make it right and what I paid for was a joke. So disappointed because I used to love coming here.
This manager is wonderful! 1st time since moving here 2017 i actually got an apology and there was no problem remaking everything even though 1 thing was wrong!!
Usually closed down 1-2 hours early or says they cannot take cards only cash very consistently. At this point I'm pretty sure it's an issue of not wanting to rather than equipment malfunction, because it's been months of this. Anybody know how to get ahold of corporate? They wouldn't give me any information when I asked.
Food was cold. Restaurant was dirty. Staff was very rude. Only giving 3 stars because maybe they were having an off day or something, but I probably won't be back to this location.
Employees are very rude. No customer service skills what so ever. I've worked food service for 25 years. Not once have I ever heard that you can't add something to your order at the window.
This Wendy's is absolute trash. From the workers to the cleanliness to even their computer systems. It seems like this store is always open weird hours and they consistently change the hours. They are almost always "only accepting cash" and the workers always seem to have an attitude.
It really is a shame because their food is actually decent but if you're going to go through their drive-thru please at least be prepared to wait for at least a half an hour they have no common sense when it comes to other restaurants like if someone's order is you know taking a little bit longer usually they would have that car go to the side and they bring their food out well not this Wendy's they're also like the only place in town that for some reason closes their lobby at 4:00 in the afternoon which makes no sense to me everybody in the restaurant has attitude problems including the manager and I will be be making a report because they're always messing up someone's order after they have you sitting in at the drive-thru for 30 minutes they already act like they don't want to be there make black people look so bad it's pitiful
