WOW! The Restaurant itself is beautiful, the Martinis are amazing ( I tried 4 different Martinis, loved them ALL), and the food was great. My husband and I had the "2-for" dinner and if was so good. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly to our specifications. And, since we were there for my birthday, I was eventreated to a free slice of cheesecake. YUMMY. The service was great too. I only wish we didn't live 2.5 hours away so we could come back more often....

The food and drinks were good, but everything else was below average. My husband and I went there for Valentine’s Day, we made reservations weeks in advance. Most of the couples there for Valentine’s Day were sat in the back of the restaurant with dimmer lighting, looked like a way more romantic setting, and way more quiet. For whatever reason we got sat in the front right next to the bar and the door, it was brighter and pretty loud. The people at the bar were yelling the entire time as if we were at a sports bar. Standing around chatting loudly right next to our table. They seemed to be employees or regulars, at one point we could hear some of them complaining about people calling for reservations for Valentine’s Day and how sick of those people they were (super awkward as that was us), we felt unwanted as customers and overcharged considering the experience we got. The hostess was far from friendly. It also stunk in there. We literally thought someone near us was passing gas until we realized it was the actual restaurant. We will not be returning to this place.

We had a party of 30 come in just before closing and they came in at different times and I’m sure this was a nightmare for the two waitresses waiting our tables and to add to it our guest were moving around causing more order confusions . I thought the waitress did an outstanding job of keeping up but a few orders were very late coming out because of understandable order confusion and the restaurant made it right by not charging those guests. The food was wonderful despite it all. I would highly recommend this place

The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Our waitress was extremely rude and to add insult to injury the owner pacified her by saying we made things confusing by not showing up at the same time.1/3 of our party didn’t receive their food at all ( people that showed up on time, and ordered first).AND by the time my food arrived, it was cold.First and last.

Just a bad experience all around.....We had reservations for a party of 15-20 so you'd think they'd be prepared, instead we get a waitress that's also working 2 other tables with 4-5 guests each and clearly can't do it by herself. She got our orders, drinks came to the table 30 minutes later, appetizers came 30 minutes after that, the bread came 15 minutes after that, we're now an hour and 15 minutes into this train wreck.....The first entrees come out at hour and a half, some are cold, the rest come out 15 minutes later and some of those are cold. The manager/owner did nothing to rectify the bad service, no apologies no discount, there are far too many other choices in the quad cities for much better fine dining for this kind of service and lack of etiquette. Bad news travels much faster than good.

I was disappointed. I had a group of 16 guests and they gave us 1 server who had our group plus 2 other tables of 4 each. She seemed to get very stressed early on, not good. Service was slow and some of my guest's food was cold. I appreciate the offer to heat food up for them but, when the food is done bring it out to customers. I've been there before, the service was great but tonight horrible, horrible!!!

I really love the food here, but I won’t be returning for a while. The customer service is good. Me and my husband was there 2 weeks ago and when you first go in there the smell was bad. It smells like sewage in there and then it was absolutely freezing in there. Me and my husband had to keep our coats on the whole time and it just made for not a good experience. The food is pretty pricy there so it was really disappointing.

The Phoenix gets 3 stars for its food, and two stars removed for everything else. The restaurant stunk to high hell of sewer, it’s amazing to me that the owners could be nose blind enough to even try to operate. It’s not a new problem as reviews from 9 months ago report the same stench. They also really have an identity crisis as the staff attire, furnishings, and visual vibe of the Resturant match their pricing- high class, yet we ate our $19.00/ a plate meal under a speaker blaring Nikki Minaj trap music while locals sang along at the bar. The abandoned hostess stand features a 90s wireless landline phone that rings off the hook your whole dining experience like a bustling pizza joint.I guess locals can’t get enough of this place with reservations, but those of you passing though, just keep driving.

Really really dang good food. Nice selection of liquor as well. Vibe is calm and classy, but you can still feel comfortable in jeans and a nice shirt. Great place for dates. They carry a large menue with salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas/flatbreads, pastas, seafood, steaks, specialty items, ect.
