So good. Little pricey but so worth it. The butter for the potatoes is melted, that right melted butter to put on your potatoes and steak, dip your Texas toast. Mmmmm
One of my favorite dining experiences of all time. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the positive reviews for this steak house rang true and then some - easily exceeded expectations. The steak was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Will certainly be back!
Parking is a little rough . When you see the building you think maybe not . Once you are inside though and meet the wonderful people . The whole experience changes . The food is perfect to order . Whatever way you want it cooked is how they do it. My wife ordered hashbrowns with dinner the server brought our meals to our table and said the cook did like his cook on the hashbrowns so he was making new for her . The wait staff is a 10/10 . The owner had to come meet us before we left because we were new to the place . We will most definitely be going back . Our meals tonight cost us $71 with each of us having 2 drinks .
Went for dinner with another couple. Heard this was a mom & pop hole in the wall restaurant. Wasn’t expecting too much. Server was super friendly and knowledgeable. Food was marginal. Paying $40 for a ribeye I thought it was be amazing but we didn’t find that. I was actually quite shocked at the pricing for the steaks. I as told to definitely get the hash browns. They were mushy. Don’t think we’ll go back.

You wouldn't think a place in the west end would be in contention for the best steak in the Quad Cities, but in my opinion, Tappas is. I've been there several times, and every time, im impressed by the quality of the meat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back next time I'm in the mood for a good steak.
The staff was very friendly and inviting. The food was okay. I had the pull pork sandwich. It was good. It didn't wow me. The chocolate cream pie was very good.
