Consistently messes up my order. Always the same thing, my quesarito has beef and i paid for chicken. I make sure to order online so there is no communication issues, and yet it never is made correctly.Order number is948927Just in case yall wondering.
We will go down to Davenport, just for this Taco Bell. The staff and food are awesome. The Clinton, Iowa location is getting better with service, but food is not always as "hot".

Understaffed? Most Definitely!! Overworked? Perhaps! … did my part by ordering using the app as to not take up their time having to take my order but man o man did they mess up not just my order but a few others just while I was there in the dining room. I felt as if they were giving me what they wanted to and not what I ordered and I wasn’t alone in thinking that. So I tried re ordering a few items and WOW they were wrong as well.. at that point I gave up and left.
The Food is good *(old schooled here. If it wasn't Wife & I wouldn't eat it ) Top Knotch Girls There *(didnt see any guys) The Girls were Super Polite To Make Sure All Customers being taken care of. Organized The Way It Sure BE. the thing here is that it's GENUINE

I ordered 3 beef chulpa's and a cantina crispy chicken taco box. I ended up finding a 8 inch hair wrapped up in the beef of my chulpa. I went back up there and requested a full refund on my gift card of $20 dollars their response was I can only refund you for the food you brought back so they thought $5.00 was gonna fix the issue well y'all lost my business! ✌️
Great service everytime I've been there, a sweet lady and another younger man. The food is what you expect from a regular Taco Bell experience, nothing to complain about.

I don't like that thay took the shredded chicken burrito out of the menu in fact it could have been better with adding rice and reducing the meat or make it bigger and more . All this and a huge price reduction with happy mouths coming back for more .
