Almost no point in leaving a 1-star review because it really doesn't get much worse than what they already have, but here's how my transaction went:Me: I want a chicken power bowl (and two other things)Them: ok*Pulls up to window and hands credit card*Them: we don't have black beans. Will refried work?Me: no, I don't want itThem: okay*Charges me for it anyway*Me, before they hand me my food: hey, you charged me for this but I don't want it without the black beansThem: oh, sorry we did have black beans*Pulls into the parking lot up eat*They gave me a bowl without black beans and didn't give me one of the other items on my receipt. Not worth my time going in.
Taco bell is Taco bell you either like it or don't ,but obvious i do an this place is good ,i went threw for a cheap snack ( which was good as always) an was more happily surprised when they noticed my hat (which is a US Navy ) an ask if i served an said thanks but also got a discount which i didn't know they did their, so thankyou Taco Bell
I hope the evening staff for the date of Tuesday, May 13, 2022 gets to see this review. I had an order late the night before and larger ticket item was missing when I got home. (I'd like to note the staff the night of my order mistake was very nice, no complaints, which hasn't always been the case at this location). I spoke with Kaitlyn on the phone the following day about getting the item and she was kind, professional, and immediately wanted to make things right. I went into the lobby to get my missing item shortly after and the staff working was definitely very busy, all working diligently and in good spirits, even though it was obvious they were short staffed. So many places are short staffed these days and everyone is losing their patience (customer and service provider alike) but this nighttime group was really being rock stars with Kaitlyn leading the charge. Thank you! The food was tasty and indulgent as well!
The drive-thru gets a little crazy but if you're willing to wait the food is usually great and correct. Breakfast time is the best time to visit.
Upon arrival there were about 4 cars in the drive through. When I went into the restaurant, I found no one at the register, an irritated man waiting, and no one acknowledging our presence. While seeing if anyone would come to the register, I counted 3 persons in the drive through, 4 at the food prep table, and 1 person in the back. I also noticed trash from ingredient packaging scattered about the floor. After approximately 5 min, a young lady came in from outside, stood behind the register, and advised that the kiosk has a cash option, and that if no one was at the register, it had to be used. She then exited the restaurant. Question, has basic politeness of even acknowledging the customer standing at the counter been remove from your company’s procedures? You have a good product, but your employees are really letting you down. I hope your do something about it.
I deliver for doordash as freelancer independent contractor it's a pain at night sitting in the drive thru after 10 pm when lobby closes however they're pretty fast at pushing us thru much love and appreciation for their short staff and excellent service ❤
Not so good. Service was prompt, food was stone cold. Ordering tacos Supreme did look much different from regular tacos. Pepsi product was flat and ready to be pitched when I got home.
Service is always rude or incompetent and slow. I order tacos with extra cheese and barely had any cheese on my tacos. Ive tried calling the store right away and no one answers. I called several times. This place is terrible. The compamy needs to fire everyone and start over.
The food was very good. Hot and tasty. We picked up order and ate in our vehicle. Which was perfect for us this time.
I give a 4 star because the morning breakfast food is very good and prices are good as expected theses days. This time in the drive thru the service was in good timing too.The outside still needs cleaning to pick up garbage daily since it is a restaurant that cooks food...and would like to know if it is kept cleaned outside that it is super cleaned inside...I hope.
