I was at this Sonic today and experienced poor management and customer service skills by the manager on duty. I ordered a meal with a large Dr Pepper. The cup was full of ice and very little Dr Pepper. I pulled up to the window to ask if they could add some Dr Pepper to the ice so I could wash my food down. The manager came out to say “they don’t do refills” lol. She said they are instructed to fill cups up high with ice. When asked how high the are supposed to fill the cups, she stated that she did not fill my cup. Her attitude was disrespectful and rude. Customer service is very poor and I would not recommend this Sonic until changes are made to their customer service.

We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and then another 20 minutes after ordering (for 2 drinks and a couple food items). The worker was sweet, but the wait time is not worth it.

They have the best peanut butter blasts. The food is good as well. I miss the lemon berry slush though ? I really wish they would bring it back. They do get pretty busy, also. But, staff does their best to get you through, in a timely manner.

The workers are nice but this is literally the slowest Sonic I have ever been to and I’ve lived all over the U.S. Maybe they are understaffed? You can never pull up and order either, it’s always only drive thru. Also the opening hours of 9AM are really not conducive to people grabbing breakfast before work. They should be open by at least 7 in my opinion. Sonic needs to do better at this location.

Great food & great drive-thru service! Courteous, quick & accurate! Definitely better than their Silvis, Illinois location! [Nothing missing.] Portion sizes could stand to be a bit bigger. The Grilled Cheese Double Burger is smaller than I expected.

My first time to a sonic. I got the Buffalo popcorn chicken which was excellent. The cherry limeade was great as well. Next time I will try a hot dog or burger.

Horrible!!! I really don't know why I keep going back. Whoever works on the drive thru intercom has a hard time understanding my orders. I order mini butterfinger blast and they ring me up for medium butter finger blast. Whatever I order, they ring up the opposites sizes or meals.

What's happening here? Stalls were closed, cool. Drive through line wrapped around the building, cool. After the incorrect order was given to us the lady said she would "remake" our $12 worth of burgers. How you get someone else's order when you have a single lane baffles me. Maybe 10 minutes later no activity at window and cars behind begin honking. How is this location open? The food was decent but if you're understaffed to that point then CLOSE. Just close. No other Sonics are like this. After working fast food, I'm positive there wasn't a manager.Edit Also the staff was eating ice cream like they had never had it before.

Way under staffed. Waited in line for some shakes and a door dash order took almost 30 mins to get to the window. Then when got to the window it was alot of kids playing and laughing. No one knew what orders were what and didn't have someone keeping track of what orders were due next. Worst experience at this sonic ever!!! They were only taking drive thru orders and not bay orders so be prepared to waiting a long line

Grand daughter said it was the best cheese burger she ever ate and my son said we need more stars to rate Sonic. Loves the chili cheese dogs.
