If I could rate it a 6/5 I would. The food came out pipein hot, and it was delish. The fires are great with the seasoning and some ketchup!
The food was really good and even the service. The burgers were really good and you can tell it was fresh meat. So wondering why I give it 2 stars⭐️⭐️? Because the place was super dirty it was uncalled for, the floor was slippery from all the grease! Even the booth was oily and had to call the waitress to clean it. So if the dine in was dirty Imagine the kitchen! Will not go again till they fix this problem.
Waitress was competent and fast. The food was good. But the whole place was dirty. It was like a ice skating rink! Full of grease everywhere! The booths and all the tables were full of grease. All iPads for ordering were caked full of grease!Management needs to do a deep cleaning on this place before I go back in there.
I ordered cod and broccoli with a soda water. I had tarter sauce poured on me, no broccoli, and the water was 2.99. The cod was a giant ball of batter. Hard on outside doughy on inside with a minnow sized filet. They tried to fix the issue - with tarter sauce. A lot of tarter sauce. Service was bad- no refills, no one came by. We won’t be returning
My wife and I stopped in on the late in the evening of May 10th at about 9 pm. We were met at the door right away and taken to a booth in the back. Our waitress came right away and took our drink, and appetizer order. I wasn't able to order a draft because they were absent a bartender at the time and we were told she was the only waitress. I could see what I assume was kitchen staff bringing orders out regularly to other tables. Our food arrived in a timely manner. Our appetizer was missed initially, but they did rectify this and bring it out and we ate it with our meal. The staff, and especially the waitress were very pleasant and smiling. The waitress was working very hard and hustling to not only serve the customers but also bus all the tables. We thought it was a great experience, especially in light of the staffing issues they were enduring. The food was very good and the service was across the board outstanding.
Went last night for dinner and on Thursday there were probably 6-8 tables occupied. We waited a few minutes to be greeted and sat. It was not busy at all and there was more than enough staff present. We ordered apps, drinks, and meal at the same time. Apps came out and we had no silverware or napkins. Could not get anyone's attention until our meal came. We had to remind waitress of a drink she forgot, not a big deal. The food, it was absolutely amazing. The burgers tasted fresh off the grill and presentation was perfect. I just wish there was more attention paid to guests as we were not the only party seemingto struggle for attention. In a time where most restaurants struggle to have staff, this place had plenty of people, and still missed the customer service part. Giving a 4 because the food was so good.
First time eating here with wife for lunch. Ordered wedge burger(has no bun) & Red Robin hamburger with side salads. Good size burgers prepared like requested, salads on smaller side. They advertise bottomless salads & sides, which we declined. Just drank water with large glasses. Waited awhile for server to show up, but she was kind. See menus for prices. Overall recommend this place.
Worst experience ever. Paige was our server. We order a cheeseburger and a big pig out. We asked for NO pink well done. Food came out and at first we was like ok a little won't hurt then we got half way and the burger wasn't even cooked. Our server didn't take anything off the bill or even asked if we could do anything to make it right. Paid my bill in full and walked away. Will never come back. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Best of luck to those who shall try.
Sorry to say but we probably won't be back. Burgers are not even half the size they used to be. I had to send mine back twice because it wasn't cooked correctly. Waitress was very pleasant and understanding. Should not have to saw thru a medium rare burger. The fries are still really good.
It’s an hour before closing but I was able to get a good meal with great service.
