The spicy chicken sandwich was good and thats about it. The service absolutely sucked. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and a coleslaw and fries. Finally had to exit the vehicle and go in the place after watching two vehicles behind us get their orders and go. And then the order was messed up, no coleslaw. This place needs new management and or employees, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Received red beans and rice with no beans, ordered a 30 piece and got 29, and I ordered 3 fries but got 2. I let the 29 pieces and missing fry slide but red beans and rice with no beans?? That was purposely done. Order at your own risk but Popeyes in general is notorious for screwing up every order so I shouldn’t be surprised. This was my first and last time eating here.
Wow wow wow..... amazing service 2 days in a row. I'll definitely be back tomorrow. You can tell they are under new management because the food is amazing and fresh. Customer service is superb. Great jobs. See you soon.
Customer service was atrocious. When I tried to use a coupon code the cracked out cashier yelled at me. The place was absolutely disgusting. The employees were covered head to toe in filth and they got my order wrong. The food was pretty good but not worth dealing with the terrible employees and disgusting attitudes. I love Popeyes but this place gives Popeyes a bad name.
There were only two people working the dinner rush. Not very clean facility at all. Food was hot thankfully, but they had it stacked up under the warmer. Out of a lot of products. I was impressed the workers were able to maintain a smile through the mess.
For as much crack as i feel was smoked by the employee before i placed my order... He did fairly well. Only got shorted 3 sides in a 3 person order after barely being able to communicate with the man at the counter. Could understand about half of what came out of his mouth. Love the food but wont be back. Paid for much more than i got and the customer service experience was atrocious.
This is nastiest food I have ever waited 20 minutes for. The food was cold, like the sandwich had been stored in a refrigerator and served. The French fries were also cold. The second meal I ordered was a 2 piece chicken dinner. Breast and a leg with mashed potato side.When I got home which was less than a 5 minute drive. Opened the box it was full of cold French fries and a chicken wing. With a side of cold mashed potatoes. Not only was the staff nasty, with foul language and poor attitude the fowl was also very foul.
This gives Popeyes a bad name. I have given this place chance after chance and it's always disgusting, out of food and the wrong order.I had 3 small brown things floating in my drink and there was no chicken to the sandwich just dried up crispy breading and I asked for a large was charged for a large and it was not a large anything. When I got home and realized this I went back to be told my order was over an hour ago so they couldn't do anything about it, even though it was not even 30 minutes as I live down the street. I also had to have exact change or debit and on other occasions it's been only debit.i dont understand how this popeyes is even open.
I was going to order Kfc chicken wings but my daughter convinced me to do Popeyes instead. My problem is last time I tried Popeyes there was a very very very long wait for not that many cars and order was messed up. But I made an agreement with her if she picks it up, I would pay for it and have her my order. She was with me when we had the long wait last time so she said she wanted to try again. The good news is the wait she said was way shorter. The service was not better as she said sounded like same bad attitude. So it was up to the food. I checked bags when they arrived at the house. It was missing fries and drink for the meal. The chicken sandwich seemed smaller than the time before or maybe it's was flattened. It did not taste fresh more like sitting in warmer long time. I tried my daughters wings and they definitely were not fresh. The biscuit was hard...I mean brick hard. We were pounding it on the table hard. So the second time around not better. I will wait awhile again and when get in the mood for chicken, I might try again.
I was there this pat Friday night and boy were they, busy but short staffed. They had a great attitude with a pleasant demeanor. The manager that night knows how to run that place like a clock but with great professionalism. Be patient & understanding, especially during these times. Thanks Popeyes and the food was great.
