Ordered a pizza without having to buy the extra cheese which I normally do and man it was the best looking pizza I baught. My work and I ordered two pizzas last Monday and even thou they didn’t deliver to the location they did it super fast seriously fast like lighting I’ve never had to wait past 15 minutes and that’s any time any day usually especially for carry out so if u need quick tasty looking lunch or dinner for carry out this is the place to go. Thank u
Ordered a pizza box and it was good. Usally order from the locust st one but this was closer. Food was good and ready on time just could've been better
I've just never been much of a Pizza Hut person I don't like there sauce it to taste too much like spaghetti sauce
The trashiest people run this place. Walked in and the manager didn’t even acknowledge me. I was told the pizza would take 20 minutes and they hadn’t even put the pizza in the oven when I arrived. The manager’s trashy daughter was running around the restaurant causing a distraction. I’m surprised that this place is still open! Zero stars!
Order was not prepared correct ordered light sauce and seemed like I got light cheese could see the sauce and not much cheese. Tried to call store several times and just rang and rang.
Be consistent with what your wait time so your customer can try to enjoy their order hot and not Luk warm
The pizza I ordered tasted like a cardboard it have no flavor. The only think that was yummy was the stuffed crust I dunked into the garlic sauce.
after an hour and a half i called to check on my delivery and it was never even made i had my kids waiting up to eat and nothing ever came and i called and they already closed that's probly what made them not make the food in the first place is because they wanted to leave!!!! they charged my card and said they put a discount or something on my account but honestly that is not acceptable no one even called to tell me my house hold literally went to bed hungry... i was so upset it was almost 11 pm when i finally contacted someone at the store that barely wanted to help me himself
I placed my order at 6:20 and it was supposed to be ready at 7:20. We pulled up to the drive thru window and were told to pull up front and they would bring it out. After 10 minutes I went in and asked if they knew how much longer it would be. He said my order was ready and handed me the bags. When I got in the car I checked and they had forgotten an order of my wings. When I went back in he said they must have given them to some one else and offered to make me fresh ones. We finally had all of our food and left at 7:52, 32 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. The workers were all friendly, I just felt like after the long wait and the mistake they should have offered a discount or even a coupon toward a future purchase.
Food was good and hot, spoke to manager about below statement. Delivered on time even though they were busy and short staffedPizza was not delivered, called an hour after order and was told it was on the way. Called again after waiting another 45 minutes and was told the order was cancelled.
