I called to have Pizza delivered to people in Davenport. Bree was extremely helpful with my order as I had some questions. I live out of town and she took care of everything and made some very helpful suggestions. She is a wonderful asset to this company. Delivery was made when promised. We were all very happy. Have no pictures and didn’t even get to taste it because the driver delivered our food to the wrong people. Then she proceeded to offer us their food, I called the store and they told me we would have to wait another hour. Not to mention she had her girlfriend in the car she didn’t even look appropriate for work.
Make sure if someone orders online 2 hours early and you do not have delivery drivers that you continue to call, text, email to let us know. We called at 10:10 when we scheduled it for 10 & could not even reach the actual Store! Was sent to a call center who was rude & said it was cancelled & store called to tell us to see if wanted carry out. He did not believe us (the customer) that we were not contacted. We went to bed without food despot ordering 2 hours early. We even received tracking info that at 9:42 said it was being baked but call center told us it was canceled by store at 8:17! Makes no sense. Poor customer service. Especially for a well known restaurant name that’s been around many years.
Pizza was excellent! Arrived very quickly. Only minor complaint we had is we ordered cheese sticks and received regular bread sticks
Google says you close at 11pm but at 9:40pm they answered saying they were closed? I mean weird but if they are under staffed I understand.
Fast service, I had carryout, and pizza was still hot when I got home. Very good stuff crust pizza and breadsticks! Pizza hut is a classic that I think gets forgotten about, but I still love it.
Pizza was made very poorly. Crust was paper thin had tons bumps on it.. like it set on screen long time and sunk beneath it. Love pizza hut. Was mad for $47 order.
I expect my order to be completed in its entirety. I do not like closing time because employees are always in a rush and the order has many problems. Nothing is perfect, but I do expect great service especially when it is not free.
