Just got dessert, cinnamon pull apart and usually have to ask for extra icing....but this time omg!!! PERFECT

I placed an order 8:25 and it said Approximate deliver time 39 mins, I got a text at 9:04 saying my order was on the way. The site says my order has been delivered and it is 9:57 and I haven’t received it yet. Called and they said oh sorry our driver delivered it to the wrong place. But your order is coming out of the oven now n will be on its way. So by the time I get it, it will be almost 2 order after I placed my order.

You have to order in person as a phone-in sends you somewhere far away, but when ordering take out, these people are always kind, friendly and efficient as well. A GOOD pizza place.

Could do better, ordered one large pizza. Was told that it was going to be quick , only 15-20 minutes she told me. I waited for 45. And they aren’t even that busy …

Order was missing toppings, called them and talked to someone who was obviously high, never resolved my issues.

Ordered 2 small cheese pizzas for my kids. Had a piece from each one and it had so much yummy cheese on it! Have missed dipping my crust in garlic sauce too! It's been a while since I had them but they are good as ever!

Worst service ever. I placed an order and was told it would be an hour wait. After an hour i called and was told my pizza was ready and was just waiting on the driver. Another hour goes by and i call back and talk to the manager Brittany who was rude, called me a liar about the wait time. She interrupted the entire time then had the nerve to hang up. Very unprofessional and will not be ordering from papa johns again.This is not someone i would have as a manager and i really think papa johns missed the mark on this one.

Called to order pizza and was told it would be a 40 min wait. Sent my son with coupons to pick up the pizza that we just received in the mail last week. When my son went in the coupons were expired and they told him it would be another 40 min wait. My husband then called and asked about the coupons and why we were quoted such a bad wait time and the lady that works there who will not tell us her name or the managers name became extremely rude and told him it wasn’t her problem we received expired coupons in the mail a week ago and it wasn’t her problem that we had another 30 to 40 minute wait on the pizza that they were just too busy. My husband then told her that he would like the card refunded and called our son to have him go back in.. The lady working then screamed at my son told him to tell his father to never speak to her like that again. My husband went up there to find out her name in the owners name she refused again. I will be commenting on every form I can find about the nameless woman who has been rude to us other times than just today. Worst service ever… she obviously knows it since she won’t share her name.

So we received coupons Papa John’s the mail last week and decided to order pizza tonight. We were told they would be ready in 40 minutes. My son went to pick them up. He called a few minutes later and explained that the coupons were expired and would not be accepted, they already had him pay the $63 for the pizzas and it was going to be an additional 30 minutes. So I called the person on the phone was not professional in the least, she explained that the coupons expired 10/31. Fair enough, the franchise doesn’t mail out the coupons, so it seems that the corporate offices made an error. So I asked why my kid was told it was going to be an additional 30 minutes when we were quoted 40 minutes at the time of our order. She yelled at me me and said it was their service that did that and that they are 120 minutes out on pizza’s. Once she got loud, I had enough and I asked why she had my kid pay for his pizza before he got it. I then said that I wanted a refund and she said “Just cancel your order”. I sent my son back in to get refunded and she yelled at him about me. That is completely unprofessional. So I went there to get her name and her supervisor’s name. She refused to give me the names but did say she was the manger. I do intend to follow up with her leadership.
