Initially I wasn't going to write a review but I just expect more from a business like Panera. I usually get my lattes from Starbucks but I was looking to change it up and stopped at Panera. I got an iced Carmel latte that was so lightly colored and milky that I actually thought she was handing me a blended drink. The drink had minimal flavor, I couldn't taste the coffee or the syrup. I quickly remembered why I don't get lattes from any Panera.
Food was good but apparently they couldn't remember to leave the avocado off my wrap
Went in for supper with my Bestie. The restaurant was dirty, table weren't wiped off, and upon coming back from the restroom all I see is teenage employees in a circle chatting, laughing, and looking at their phones. Would have given it 2 stars but the food was actually decent.
Always have good quality food. I don't get here often, but am never disappointed with what I order.
There is a man who works in there and he is so so nice every time I walk through the door
Flatbread pizza was not baked well, it was soggy and raw. Vegetables in the salad was wilted and slimy.
Haven't tried their sandwiches yet but love their flatbread pizzas
They got our order wrong. My husband ordered a whole sandwich and soup and I ordered a 1/2 of a sandwich and they over charged us. Other then that, the restaurant was clean. The manager made the over charge good. The food was good.
Smaller than I'm used to Panera but still good service and pick up order was done well and double checked right in front of me.
Food was hot and soup also. Basically self-serve after they made and prepared the food good taste decent atmosphere
