Cold food and horrible attitude. It take a lot for my husband to say he will not come to a place anymore because of service. This was the one of those times he has ever said that.If you (Pancheros employee) do not like serving the community Pro Clean is hiring car drying people down the street. We prefer Qdoba anyways my husband just had an appointment to get to so I told him I would settle for Pancheros. Mistake.
I was there yesterday and only person in line. They had quite a few online orders, so I waited. All I ordered was a chicken quesadilla and it was OVER cooked. How do you over cook something that needs to be heated up? I couldn't eat half of the tortilla because it was so dry. Also, when they went to "cut" it, the gal took out a towel and placed it on top of the spatula so she could whack the edge of it. The more I think about a towel on top of my food and where had the towel been, what was it for, was it clean, etc, it makes me feel sick. Get a pizza cutter if you can't cut the thing, or don't cut it at all if you are going to put a towel on top of food.
I completely understand staff being new and hard to come by during this time, but the service being supplied to customers is completely unacceptable. I will never be going back. 5 employees standing around, taking FOREVER to serve customers, and a manager who didn't ever step in to help with the situation. Completely ridiculous. Never again.
Was delicious! Had the burrito, had, shrimp (on the side because they forgot to put it on it), with pork & tofu! Yummm... always need extra shells because it's so full.
Everytime me and my family go in they always out of something and the last 3 times its black beans. As a person thats works in food industry, when something is about to be out you go cook more of what ever you need not when your already at the bottom of the pan. Its kinda ridiculous, only Poncheros thats runs out and not have more up and only mixes the rice and meat together when they want to. It might take a couple seconds to do both these things. DONT BE LAZY
The staff at this location is extremely slow and not caring for the service they are providing. A line that would normally take 5 minutes took about 15 minutes. The staff at this location just keep getting worse and worse as the time goes on.
Won't be back here!.... staff was very untrained for starters. The troll that was supposedly the manager was cursing and throwing a tantrum because people were not doing there jobs right.. food got cold by the time it got wrapped!! And every bite was chewy like bubble gum steak. Do not go to this dirty establishment unless ya wanna see a real circus act!
Asked for steak and chicken in my bowl. Was given a half scoop of the already tiny spoonful of chicken and same for steak. I was told it's due to the fact that they ran out. Was still charged full price.
Shrinkflation is real y'all. The amount of food I got is half of what I used to get for the same price. Also it was a 10 minute wait for chicken during peak dinner hour, with 6 people behind the counter. Won't be coming back.
The burrito machine doesn't work right they are tore up all the time the steak is hard to chew and alot of fat..lat night I asked for extra rice and was told sorry I can't cuz that's all we have for the night our truck didn't come in then I asked for lettuce and they were out..this place use to be good but don't think I will be going back to this location the one in Bettendorf is alot better
