Staff is very sweet.. extremely helpful. Helped us get items we needed, even went to the counter to get your food for you. Helped us throw items away & got items for us if we needed them. Was very clean.. even washing outer windows while we were there.

Bought a strawberry cream cheese pie. Down the road my daughter discovered she had a cheese burger instead.

Always get good service cause I have been on the other side and good service comes with good customers sometimes the customers can make their day

Got 4 sandwiches and 3 fries. Bag ripped while the girl was handing it out the window. Almost all the fries spilt, and we were not offered new ones. 2 of are sandwiches came flat like someone sat on them. Would not recommend this place .

Yummy frosty and fresh burgers ?Always fast service and nice people

The WORST experience I have had at a fast food joint. My fiancé and I went through the drive thru when we realized after we ordered that we forgot our wallet. When we told the young lady at the window that we would be back, she rolled her eyes at us and handed us a receipt to bring back, so we can pay and get our food. We live about 10 minutes away, so not too long. When we got back, we let them know that we were back with the receipt and she said ok. We pulled to the window, handed her the receipt, and she charged us for the lady behind us's order. When we got to the pickup window the manager was completely unprofessional saying we didn't pay and don't give them their food. When trying to explain the situation (that obviously wasn't passed along), she said these are the people who just drove away. I explained to her that we had forgotten our wallet and said we would be back. She didn't apologize for being very rude and talking about us, to which we could hear since she was at the register in the front. When brought the receipt, we were told that we were charged the difference between the person behind us's order and ours. We checked our account while waiting for fresh food (the only thing they did right) and they charged us for BOTH orders! The only person there who was professional and polite was the gentleman up front, unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he should be manager compared to the sad excuse that they have. Update: we checked our food and they burnt one sandwich of my fiancé's and slapped mayo on the other (when it doesn't come with it).

I would give zero but that is not an option. I quit going to this McDonald's because my order is ALWAYS wrong. Today was no different. I ordered a number 2 meal with bacon and no ketchup which is what the grill slip says. But I get home to eat and the sandwich had maynoise on it. By the time I cleaned it up I loss my pickles, onions, and half the cheese and bacon. Meanwhile my fries got cold. This was the worse lunch I have had since the last time I went to McDonald's. To bad.

The food was basically cold they didn't give a receipt on top of that the fries sucked and the burger was very plain I don't know what happened to McDonald's but they have went down hill.

The mocha frappe is an absolute must for my morning commute to work. I've even began adding an extra shot of espresso for that extra kick of energy!

I thought I would do something sweet with my kid and get mcdonalds before school but we waited SO long for 2 drinks that I had to leave so my kid wasn't late to school. Never ended up getting our drinks.
