I had a craving for a Pepperoni Magnifico pizza so I decided to order Marcos. Pizza arrived semi warm at best, 2 to 3 inches of crust around edges before any toppings or cheese began. There was hardly any pepperoni, definitely not "magnifico"! The pizza was very greasy which I don't understand because there was not much pepperoni on it, the pizza was also stuck to the top of the box. And to top it off the pizza took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I love Marcos but after this experience I am hesitant about ever ordering from there again. Look at the attached photos and tell me thats how the pizza looks on the commercials or ads. They did offer to remake the pizza but as it was already 8:15 at night and I was starving I coudn't wait for another pizza to be made. I ended up throwing the rest of the pizza away, it was mostly crust anways. I have bought cheap frozen pizzas that were better than this. What a disappointment in every way!
We were a regular customer here! Until we placed an order at 10:11 pm online which was confirmed we sat and waited for we called them 45 minutes later and called only to find out they said our order was canceled that they closed at 10 and they were cleaning up! When online it said they closed at 11 PM. We were also given a free large 2 topping pizza with a food purchase in the mail that we were going to use as well! I called in an order tonight where the lady had a very rude tone in her voice and would not honor my coupon that expired 4/7/22 i also felt rushed placeing my order! I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager! Who refused to use the coupon!! Lost a customer and will not be returning! And im not the one to write a bad review!
Wide variety of menu items. Lots of delicious food for the money. Fast delivery. Driver was very friendly. Will be back.
Ordered 50 minutes early and they started making the pizzas when I got there to pick them up.
Some people who work here treat customers rudely some treat you with courtesy. I always got good service at a Marcos location in another state I lived. Also I think this pizza chain was also owned buy Family Video sorry to see them go out of business the Maumee OH family video and Marco's were the best and I kind of miss the Bettendorf IA locations
Had Marco's pizza for the 1st time on Superbowl Sunday in about 10 yrs at that time I really didn't like it. Yesterday, it was so very hot temperature wise and pretty good. The only thing I would suggest is putting some flavor in the crust, maybe a garlic butter or even butter.Thanks, Marco's! We will order from you again!
Pizza was good but needed baked more, crust too soft, placed in oven at home and perfecto!
First time ordered from them I was really impressed tasty good flavor also had the cinnamon squares we have tried 7 different places here in Davenport for pizza and this is the place for us for sure and arrived piping hot thank you for being out there for us
Placed an order through the app, after placing and paying for order they called to tell me they didn’t have the product I ordered in large. I asked them to do it as a medium and they cancelled the coupon because it was set for a large. Poor business.
I've never had a bad experience with Marco's. Their meatball-pepperoni is awesome
