I will not go back and eat there again, because my order was crisp chicken and it was originally not extra crisp chicken at all.

I wish I could give another star. Service was stellar and accomodating, the food was quick, it took longer to fill my drink, and while I might think it was because it was already made I found that hard to believe because the chicken was great to! Soft and tender, crispy, all the good things you expect, did not taste old or anything. And with only two people at the lunch rush made the food quality and speed even more impressive. The whole staff was kind and helpful I can't wait to go back again next time I'm headed that way.
I realize that the current economy has hurt businesses and quality employees are hard to find. But, when the local franchise of the national chain doesn't even know what is on their own online ordering page and refuses to honor the deal, that's bad business.They had a promotion for a "sides meal" that included 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides. The restaurant was unaware of the promo and would not honor it.We have lost faith in the chain prior to the pandemic and given them a couple of chances since. There has been no improvement. Yum brands are not with the times and sadly 3 famous brands may disappear because KFC, Pizza Hut and LJS don't want to acknowledge that other companies are competing in their marketplace.News flash:You aren't the only company that does fried chicken or fish or pizza. Learn from the current market!
I stopped by to get some chicken and it was all Fire! Service was great!Not going to lie I thought KFC fell off. I will be going back to this one for sure. Nice job staff!!
Nonexistent customer service in the drive thru, but hey - it's a drive thru so whatever. Got the wrong sandwich, so paid for what I didn't order.No fork in bag for boyfriend's mashed potatoes.Shoddy work
Every time I come here the service is terrible. I feel like I'm being treated as a nuisance. Went through the drive through and asked to do 2 orders, they said they couldn't do 2 orders through the drive thru, but I could come inside. I said alright, dumb, but alright. We went inside and there was a worker in the dining area. He got up, acknowledged us that we were there said he'd be with us in a minute, and walked to the line and made food instead. Everyone in the back ignored us for several minutes and so we left.
The chicken sandwiches could have been a little harder but they were I guess warm
Had been to this location a few days ago. When we ordered our food, everything was like 34 DOLLARS!!! But everything tasted good tho
Horrible, horrible, horrible. I think this is the last time I go to KFC. The food has really gone down hill, and the prices have gone up. I ordered a large popcorn chicken, and it came in what was one their snack size. Not to mention I'm not sure why they call it chicken when it's nothing but breading. The extra crispy chicken I also ordered was soggy, and the potatoes didn't look like they were made correctly. The staff was friendly, but more interested in playing around and chatting rather than getting orders together.
