Terrible management, they don't listen to your order so it ends up being wrong guaranteed every time. And then when you come back to have them fix your order, they are rude and treat you like you're the ??? Can't call them because the line is busy. Definitely will not be eating here anymore. This KFC location is the worst, especially the manager you have. He is a joke. They also take back the things they got wrong, so who knows what contaminated items you're going to get. ???
Terrible location negative 5 stars… ghetto rude employees with terrible customer service can’t get a drive thru order correct the 2 times I’ve tried this place giving free food items that I don’t need or want then having an ATTITUDE about giving what I actually wanted and paid for?! This location needs closed down haha
Don't eat here alot but when I do it's always fresh. No complaints keep up the good work.

12:29pm First KFC I patron in Iowa. First I would like to say there were no cars in the parking lot and no cars in the Drive-Thru. My order was correct, Keveling at the drive thru was polite, chicken was dry and tasted old, biscuit was doughy inside, and mountain dew was just colored carbonated water.??
The drive thru was about the same as most places, forgot my Pepsi. The chicken was also kinda dry, and it was pretty pricy, but everything else was alright.
Went to the Kimberly KFC and the lady in the drive-through I was just the sweetest lady great attitude super friendly makes me want to continue going back
Tried there lemon cake ? I got the small one it was moist and tasted really good
Took a while to get but the wait was worth it. Whomever also did my order was very thorough. Tasted good.
