I'm so mad with KFC. I ordered a 12 piece and two chicken littles and I called the store and they said they would remake my order anytime. Just call. Now I called for them to give it to me and they say they couldn't find my name. I spent 68.00 dollars and didn't get quality food. I guess I'm screwed out of 68.00 dollars. I had to throw my food away because of the quality. They told me today to call ubereats likes it their fault.
Terrible service. Never have extra crispy. Sides are always cold. Have never gotten my full order right. Contacted corporate and was told I would receive a 50 dollar gift card for their mistakes that never came.
The chicken was not cooked completely we ordered a three-piece meal we got two pieces no coleslaw it was terrible it seemed old the drumstick look like something off of a pigeon
Twice in the same week I visited the drive thru and both times they were out of chicken. I was told "if you really want me to, I can make some chicken but it will be about an hour before its ready". I asked why they were out....then an employee comes storming out the back door near the drive thru, throwing open the door and yells belligerently, "she said were out of chicken, order something else or leave".
They are always extremely rude when you go into this place I will never set foot in there again and I spend money everywhere I will not ever go in there again and trying to tell me I don't know the difference between white meat and dark meat I know a breast is white meat and I know a wing is not they try to sell me a wing for white meat screw that I well never go there ever again

I was really in the mood for kfc wings Saturday but I didn't want to have it delivered for additional fee but I didn't want to wait in line either so I went on the site to order ahead. It did offer a free chicken sandwich with orders over $12 which I already knew it would be more since wings are expensive nowadays. So that was a perk for free food with it. After placing the order, it indicated ready in like five minutes which I thought was too quick for twenty wings but it was Saturday so could be possible. I did not warm my car up as I thought it would be longer wait. So I thought I would be late and worried food would get cold. But when I arrived it actually was not ready yet. For pick up it says you go in instead of drive thru. The area for pick up was empty. There was not any other customers inside sitting. The last couple times here we had dealt with staff that had an attitude. This time they were great It was another ten minutes after the time it indicated it would be ready. More than one person checked in and indicated working on. They even tossed a free drum leg in with the wings. The food taste exactly as I expected and wanted and fresh! And for me, I am not a coleslaw fan but this is the only one I have found like I like. So even though it was not ready when the site stated, they definitely made up for it!
Second time I've came to this location in the middle of business hours, doors locked, employees walking around inside, not answering drive through....
My grandson love the chicken meal it was fresh , crispy , and love the sweet ice tea .
Much improved. Customer service was great and my order was correct!
