I went shortly before closing Wednesday night. I made my bowl added my sauces and the cook squirts the dark sauce by the griddle multiple times in my meal. He Completely cooks off the sauces that I added to the mild, hot, etc. I had to go to the bar and add ginger sauce and garlic etc BACK to the bowl AFTER it was cooked. Mind you the other cook didn’t squirt anything into my dates food, yet mine was saturated. Hmm… I wanted to snap but kept my cool and exited to friendly server but all the other dudes frowning. I definitely felt like my food was messed up purposely and can find better places to spend my money

I eat here about 4 times a month. Food is good. Some times they are slow on refilling some food items. They add sauce unlike huhot, making the noodles not dry. Egg soup is always a treat during cold months.
Very unsanitary. Food is not so great it’s like overpriced fast food and not fresh. Bad management.
Your choice what you put in bowl. All you can eat, can not take your left over. Decent parking. Fairly clean bathrooms & dining room.
First time going and it wasn't that bad. Took the the kids with me.
My 25 year old daughter absolutely loves this restaurant! She has no problems driving from East moline to buy dinner here. A little pricey but she claims they season the food perfectly. I'm glad she has a favorite spot but wish they were on the Illinois side also.
Table was sticky. Not nearly as many flavor options as HuHot. Server asked if we wanted a refill, grabbed my cup then went to the next table and grabbed three more. I watched as they all got mixed up in his arms and then he went back and filled them and brought them back. Totally mixing cups up. I did like the eggs you could add and the shrimp and green onions that were available. Also, the "free dessert upon request" listed on the menu is the pudding and orange slices on the bar.
Not going to Mongolian grill anymore. Been coming here for years. Don't get me wrong the food is great BUT...... They got rid of the Barbarian bowl ($13.50) I would fill it up normal so that I would have food for a day or two. The next bowl down size mighty Kahn ($10.00) became the new barbarian ($13.50) bowl. So your paying more for less food. Now if you try to get the same amount of food as you would before he would charge you $3 as an overfill charge. (Still didn't fill the to-go boxes as much as the barbarian would. But got charged $5-6 more!!! ,????) what used to be reasonable is now ridiculously expensive $18.00 for one meal is just silly.... Im sorry I just can't justify the prices anymore.... Until they change this I won't be returning.
Food was EXCELLENT!! Cooks were AMAZING!!!! Waitress was absolutely HORRIBLE! Young teenage girl with fake eyelashes, with a bun. Extremely rude, we ruined her night because she was getting ready to leave. She was also vaping in the booth just waiting for us to leave. Absolutely horrible!! Luckily one of the cooks came and boxed up our food, and talked to us, she never even came to see if we were doing ok. Sunday night waitress!
