The food was delicious. The server was attentive and pleasant. The ambiance was very nice and allowed us to talk.

Worst experience. Went to celebrate a birthday for the first time in 3 years for my sister and the night was ruined by the terrible service. We sat for 45 minutes after ordering waiting for an appetizer and side salads or drink refills while all the tables around us got there food after coming in after us. The waiter finally showed back up with no concern and asked how we were. Well itâs been 45 minutes and we havenât had refills and where is our appetizer or side salads or hell at this point the food we ordered. He said uhh and what appetizer was that? Lord help us! Then he left saying he would check and comes back and said they got confused. So I said just bring us our food. Next a woman shows up Iâm told is the manager and brings our food. She starts with how are you I said well it took 45 minutes to get our food so not good. She had the audacity to say well he had to chop onions for your burger. Are you insane? First it doesnât take that long to chop onions and second that is not how you handle a situation at all. All you should have said was Iâm sorry how can I make it right? Had anyone seemed to give any indication they were actually sorry and wanted to fix it I wouldnât even leave this review. I get it things happen but the rudeness and lack of care is why Iâm wasting more of my time on this terrible restaurant. I received $15 off my over $100 bill and a side eye. Never go here-tell your friends never go here.
Food and Staff was great. Definitely coming back ð And Granite City has a Sunday buffet⦠forget about it ððºð¸ Fir the next question, there should be a âHell Yes!!!â
We both enjoyed grilled salmon with asparagus and rice. The salmon was done just right and the asparagus consisted of thin spears but they were tasty. The rice had mild spices. Our server, Madalyn, was friendly and attentive and was great!
Fried fish was over cooked/ in old oil, drinks were not great, but the service was wonderful.
I was happy they still had our table. Phone was turned off in the show. Got there at 6:15.
