I hope management sees this. You should be ashamed! You apparently have no idea how to run a food establishment. Also wait staff was terrible. Short handed or not, worst wait staff I have ever encountered. After I requested a manager to come speak with me , the coward sent over a waiter instead. What manager does that. This place does not prepare the food correctly, steak were gristle and over cooked, stuff gets left under warmer until it is empty, you should be cycling food every 40 minutes to ensure freshness, old food crumbs where they put the clean plates, powdered sugar all over silverware, fountain drinks all carbonation no flavoring. And the wait staff didn’t acknowledge one time. This place is terrible. Also there apparently needs to be a little bit of a dress code enforced for both wait staff and patrons. Terribly ran, managment should resign
Great food, great prices. Wait staff and cooks super friendly and accommodating. Read some bad reviews but did the hour drive and so glad. Definitely a return customer.
The food was adequate not spectacular.The air conditioner was broken and it was hot in there. We have eaten at Golden Corals in Missouri and they were a lot better with better tasting food. Also, the wood work and the restaurant looked worn out.
Well worth the money the time the food Great..! The desert bar was so good..
My brother and I visited 1 week before Father's Day and had the lunch buffet. The facility is modern with signage and property clean and orderly. We were able to reach the registers fairly quickly. Upon reaching the registers, we were greeted and served our drinks. The staff appeared well groomed and were pleasant to interact with. I feel like the price paid is fair considering the amount of food and overall good quality. The grill master, if you will, takes his job seriously! As we queued, someone reached into the serving area and he hollered, "remove your hands from the hamburgers!" Lol. The guest was not offended and it gave us a good laugh. We have been here many times before and will continue to come back. Thank you!
Food was amazing but sad they are not doing the cotton candy or chocolate fountain anymore. We went to show my daughter and found out it's gone. I am not sure if it permanent or just a COVID thing. Either way food was still wonderful! Staff was great. Restrooms could use a little more care more often.
My waitress Mackenzie was nice, friendly and quick to refill drinks & remove plates from our table. Unfortunately you can’t tip unless you have cash which should be fixed because not everyone carries cash. The food presentation could be better. Labeling items, and have better lighting. The workers weren’t that friendly and I wouldn’t suggest this restaurant as a child friendly environment.
Went may 10, 2022. Food was awful just the smell made me want to puke. I barely got a plate of food down. Got a steak and it was rubbery like a rubber band. My friend that was with me got some chicken and it was still raw. We told someone but they still left the chicken up there. Wait staff was friendly but that was about the only good thing I could say about my visit. Roast was dried out and vegetables with it weren’t cooked. The only thing good was probably the salad. They didn’t have very many choices for food either not that I think I could of ate anything else because of the nasty smell. Over priced nasty food. I paid 54$ something for 3 people and we didn’t even eat 2 whole plates. I don’t like wasting food but best way to describe it was not edible
The food is way over priced. They have an alright selection the fish was really good aas was the shrimp. I asked for a medium steak and got a well done one,i didn't eat it way over cooked. The dessert was alright, i had a small ice cream with strawberry topping wich was good. The strawberry cheesecake cupcake was dry. Disappointed by the experince. See photos
We were there for a least an hour not 1 time did anyone service the dessert area. The toppings for the ice cream were all empty and dried up. The food also wasn't at temperature the cauliflower, broccoli, and cheese sauce was cold. Should I go on, pretty sure you get the picture. The water was good.
