Great family like Atmosphere
Always excellent service! Food and drinks are DELICIOUS!! My favorite place to go when I can get to the quad cities!!
I really love Gonzo's, but I don't love their carryout. Every time the order is wrong and the food is never the same as when you eat there. Almost $10 for three hard tacos that were supposed to have meat and bean but only had meat. ?
Food was ok, not bad. Service, leaves a lot to be desired. Walked in, waited to be seated, manager and employee seated right in front of us rolling silverware and eating... "said, I'll be right with you", then took another bite. We went to the bar, girl in there was sweet, greated us quickly. Asked for a game to be turned onto the TV, she went and asked the manager to change it for us... never happened. We each had a beer and our meals, again not bad. Asked to cash out and went somewhere else to watch the game. When we left, the manager was in the same spot, rolling silverware... never moved.We happily spent more money elsewhere and watched the game. Could've had all those sales Ganzo's... oh well
I absolutely love their salsa! I stopped by to get an order to take home. It was a very welcoming atmosphere! Great service! Delicious food.
Last minute a friend asked me to grab tacos last night. I was excited ~ so my 4-year old went also. Our server was mayyyybe one of the best servers I’ve ever had~ and I’ve, myself, bartended for 22 years!!! (I take it pretty seriously… and make sure the ppl I’m ever with… will always tip;) )That being said.. he was a younger boy on Saturday around 9PM. He was polite, quick and sufficient, detailed just the right amount, friendly, funny, clever, and all around refreshing!! It’s rare to see ppl work anymore, but, with such greatness he had in customer service.. now that is talented!!!!Kudos buddy, but I’m sure u hear this often :)
Going with 5 stars as they were super busy and service was a little off but food was great, free chips and salsa are a bonus....
overpriced, small portions, over cooked.
Good authentic food, I like the fact that they cooked my meal on the spot and served very hot. Money well spent. Great servers too.
The food is really good, nice Costumer service, but what I don't like is that the waitress drop the napping on the floor and give it back to the Costumer. If not 5star for sure.
