This place is just a Scam. We brought 3 coupons and the guy who serve us said that his location is a franchise and no coupons work for them. Never will turn back
The service here is terrible. When ordering something off the menu, I heard a "no". And silence....Nothing else. So I asked for another option. This happened twice same visit. When I was done ordering, "Pull around to the window" like I was going to get in trouble or something. They were just very rude when speaking to a paying customer. Then I was told the total, I smiled at the lady and handed her my money, she took the cash. I waited....and then told her, "you are welcome". I was handed my bags and before they were thru my car window she walked off. I have experienced this twice bow at this location. The manageme t here and staff do not appreciate customers. They do not need to be in business. I will never return and advise others the same.
They got my order completely wrong. Disregarded anything I requested for my drink. And then I asked to get a small cup of water for my baby cousin and they wanted to charge me $1?! For a literal small cup of water. Just absurd. And the wifi is extremely slow/might as well not come chill here. Not really happy with this place...Ill just stick to the one in bettendorf/not got to any dunkins. The service is just terrible here. I dislike writing bad reviews, but I have to.
I order from the app every time I come to this DD and it is always fast and little to no wait to get my iced coffee. I’ve had no issues with getting the correct order.
When ordering through the drive through, the menu was frozen over and I couldn't read any part of it. I asked a question about what was in their coolada drink and the answer I got was "only at dunkin". I asked again what was in the beverage and they said "drive up to window". I then drove to the window and they said I couldn't order at the window I needed to come inside. I politely told them I was asked to drive forward and didn't want to go inside during Covid and ordered a coolada and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel without knowing what was in the drink. He got very frustrated with me, swiped my credit card, gave it back to me without a receipt and said drive around corner. I asked how I would receive me order, and his reply was "around corner" and pointed toward the parking lot, implying for me to move. When I waited a second, he replied in a rude manner "you took too long now we need to serve others". Then they brought the wrong breakfast sandwich out to the parking lot after I drove around the corner. Worst Dunkin experience ever.
After my first experience here waiting over 15 minutes in a 1 car line I decided to do a study. Dang near every morning I go to this location to see what else they can screw up. This morning after another 15 minute wait in a 1 car line I backed out of the drive thru and left. A couple weeks ago I had a gift card with about $13 on it, just got a coffee which was right under $4. The lady took my card, swiped it, gave me my coffee and closed the window and went back to whatever she was doing. Never got my card back, honestly gave me a chuckle so I just left without it. Yesterday when I went through the drive thru I waited another god awful 15-20 minutes for them to completely get my order wrong and charge me the wrong amount. Fortunately they refunded me the remainder which I was uncertain if they had the mental capacity to do. On average it takes in the double digits of minutes to get through a 1-2 car line. I’ve come to the conclusion that this DD has been cursed by native corn genies and everyone who puts on an apron here becomes physically and mentally slow.
2/2/2022So this morning I’m in the drive thru I ask for an everything bagel I was told they didn’t have it. So I then asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese. I got no response for a few seconds then the person on the mic just screams 3.09. I told them I wasn’t finished with my order. She was like you didn’t say anything. Well you didn’t ask, you didn’t even say if you had the bagel or if I wanted anything else. Then I add something else and they stay quite again like hello can I get some type of response here ?! I pull to the window the person in the window says it’s the manager and they have Poor customer service skills. Which is CLEAR ! Then once I receive my food I ask for ketchup the person is looking for it and the (MANAGER)hollers from the back and says the don’t have ketchup at 9:50am. Horrible experience ! Looking for another Dunkin’ Donuts because this one isn’t it !
This place needs to be put on check. The drive thru was super slow. We got to the speaker and the person had us wait 5 minutes before taking our order. When we ordered they couldnt provide a sprinkled donut. Then when ordering a sandwich they asked us not to because they were the only staff there. The sandwich was as hard as a rock and cold. They need to get more people to work and do a quality check on product. Some proper customer service training would also be a good idea.
The lady working was super nice. I went here to get My gf some coffee after she gave birth and didn't know what to get and the lady at the drive through helped me out a lot. Very nice place and coffee was fire
