Must have decided to change the fryer oil before close. Been waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting on a medium cheese curds. They arrived as I write this... Cold.This culver's seems to always struggle at night.
About 75% of the time I go there, they mess up my order. Usually this occurs going through the drive thru. They messed up my order again today. I had to drive back to get my correct order. Manager didn’t even try to make it right by offering a refund, making the order again, etc. I am done going to this location. I will take my business elsewhere.
I pulled up to the window and paid for my food then they asked me to pull forward and they'd bring my food out to me. I asked why and they said it's store policy so the timer doesn't run as long as it takes to get the food out. They stuck a sticker on my mirror, pushed it out of adjustment and smeared it with sticker glue. When I asked why they did that the reply I got was if you don't like it you don't have to come back. It was the store on West Kimberly road in Davenport Iowa.
Went in to the counter tonight to order some concrete mixer and a cup of frozen custard. First, they made it wrong because the two young employees were too busy talking rather than paying attention. When he brought them to me, I told him it was made wrong. I got the rude look of "seriously?!?", Like I was wrong. Then, as he went to remake it, left the cup of frozen custard on the counter to melt. I finally got it, and made the comment about their scoop water was nasty and needed changed. Got home, and found out that I had cookie dough pieces in my mixer. Called and talked to shift manager. She pretty much told me that wasn't possible as she watched them make it. I don't appreciate being made out to be lying. Strike two Culver's!
I went today to have a quick something for dinner. First thing is I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. That shouldn't be a thing. Then they didn't give me my side of coleslaw for my fish dinner. Then in to of that, my daughter didn't get her milk for her dinner. Im done going to this place. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for anything missing, especially if I had to wait 30 minutes.
About 7 pm last night we had to wait close to half an hour for a kid's meal, concrete mixer and pot roast sandwich. Instead of bringing the orders out as they were completed, they brought several at once, causing people extensive wait times. (A LARGE order was delivered at the same time as ours and they arrived considerably after us as well as another car, who came ahead of us and also had a smallish order and they also had to wait extensively.) The kid's meal was burnt and there was barely any meat on the sandwich. The girl at the window was surly and acted like it was an imposition to take our money and no thanks was given. If we hadn't promised our granddaughter Culver's, I wouldn't stop at the Kimberly location. They are always rude and the wait time is outrageous. For the prices charged, the service and food should be MUCH better.
Husband went thru drive thru, bought the food home and half was missing. not the first time.
This location has really gone downhill. The last half dozen times I have gone here my order is never fully correct. They also are not filling up the concrete mixers all the way only about 3/4 full. For how expensive the prices are it's really disappointing to have such poor experiences. No issues with staff friendliness just a bunch of younger teens who don't seem to have nor care to have good customer service and work ethic. After so many issues at this location, I will not return and can't recommend anyone to go here.
Ordered 2 shakes and an order of cheese curds, they had us pull up, came out to give us the curds and almost took our number without giving us the other 2/3 of our order. My mixer had next to no brownie bites in it and the ones that were there were super stale
Food was burnt, service was bad, manager would not give me refund for non edible sandwich. Visited location 2/17/22 around 7PM drive through. Will not be returning to Culver’s. I have tried reaching out to the email provided for general manager, calling the number listed here (*temporally unavailable) and reached out to corporate feedback website with no response on all ends. Very unsatisfied with this locations ability to serve their customers and provide refunds for ruined menu items they serve. I also felt there was a lack of training and professionalism from the manager I spoke with about my requested refund. I do not recommend this store.
