We were order 46 today at your Jersey Ridge site. We thought it was strange when we heard laughing while we were placing our order ( 2 single delux, fry and strawberry field salad) and it was similar at the window. The problem was that it took a long time for our order to be brought to the car and the hamburgers were sideways In the bag and the food was cold when we started eating. ( The salad was very good). We debated about returning the food and also if we would return to that site in the future. The receipt was not legible so this was our only place to complain.

Worst experience with fast food! We ordered 2 double bacon burgers deluxe & 1 with no cheese. The burger came out with cheese on it. One of the workers tried picking the cheese off the sandwich. I told him to make another sandwich & give me what was ready so my husband could have hot food. Next sandwich that was brought to me was a single, had to take it back again & have another patty added. The staff was arguing behind the counter. The manager was telling them what to do & no one listened to him, they just laughed at him! Worse service ever

Took them 30 minutes to bring us our food. 4 meals. All of our burgers and fries were cold. My fries would have been warmer left in my truck in this record breaking heat wave today. We weren't the only ones with issues. A lady in the drive through waited over 30 minutes for her ice cream. And a couple that came in after us got questioned on whether not they ordered something and didn't get it. Multiple people told them they needed lids out. Which in the 45 minutes we were there, nobody put out. When bringing out food or when employees got asked for help they were very nonchalant. When you have that many people unhappy, you need to be at least a little bit quick in a response.

I pull up in the drive-thru to order one flavor of the day ice cream cone single scoop on a cake cone. Go to pay for my order and then they tell me that I'm going to need to pull up and the stall number 5 and they'll bring my order out to me when it's ready.. really?! You can't get an ice cream cone ready for me while I'm sitting at the window? So my ice cream cone gets brought out to me about 5 minutes later dripping all over the kids hand when he hands it to me and drips in my car... This place is pathetic. Do better! Make sure you ask If they're going to be able to scoop some ice cream onto a cone with you at the window before you make your payment.

Waited over a half hour for an order placed online while the drive thru just kept on goin. The place either needs a manager or a new one. ?? update- it had actually just been sitting on the counter the whole time so; definitely needs a new manager. Employees also kept removing their hats and putting them back on while wearing gloves and never changing them before touching ready to eat foods. 3/15/22

I love the food but im constantly missing the sauce from my meals. Last 4 times i never received the sauce for my meal very annoying when I find out I didn't get any after I get all the way home.

The burgers are delicious. I don't love paying $7 for a double bacon burger tough. The Cheese curds are a thicker batter than I like but still pretty good. Fish sandwich is tasty but small. Overall a good option if you don't mind paying a little more for quality.

Did a great job on the double bacon cheese burger today.But the 16 y.o. store manager girl is totally lost on the concept of hot , cold and room temp french friesTook my friesso I asked her back as they were room temp, not hot not cold but just room temp .So she gives me a second bag of room temp fries.She tells that they are 360 degrees.Then she tells me that the place had no temp gun to check the tempVery frustrating as we are huge Culver's patrons.Disappointing.Please train your employees

The fries weren't good. The burger tasted alright, but set heavy all night. The service was good and the people friendly. Probably won't eat at a Culver's anytime soon.

Today is Saturday New Year’s Day 2022 and I decided to go to Culver’s and get my favorite roast beef dinner that I usually split in half for two meals. It’s currently snowing we’re expecting to get 6 to 7 inches and the roads are bad so I wanted to get home so I wouldn’t have to drive in this weather. Once I get home and put my PJs on I set up my food to eat. I’m so excited I hadn’t treated myself in awhile.. My food is really overcooked and burnt so no dinner for me. and I love their roast beef so this was a huge disappointment. I called and spoke with a manager and she did apologized which is nice but it doesn’t help my dinner dilemma. Obviously, I can’t go back in because of the weather so my name is on a list for my next visit. Not a happy camper at all!! What a way to start off the new year. ?
