Store was open till 9:00 pm Friday but when we got there at 8:36 pm there was a sign on door saying no more customer would be allowed in after 8:35. Just wondering if the owners understands their store is being closed early when people still would like to be served.
Ice cream was a melted mess, even though it was only 71 degrees outside. Did not receive the sizes we ordered, and the person working the register acted like it was too much of a hassle for him to confirm if we paid for what we received. When he eventually found out that we received one item larger than purchased, and one item smaller, he decided the resolution was to just put some more ice cream on top of the already overflowing melting disaster instead of remaking the product in the correct sized cup. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this location.

Very unfortunate that a ice cream store that wasonce our favorite is now no longer a family weekend trip for our favorite ice cream. Went to the Davenport store tonight and had walked in at 754pm and was asked by a gentleman behind the counter with ice cream in his hand to go read the sign on the door, I proceeded to walk outside to read the sign and it read that we are not accepting customers after 750pm, I then asked the gentleman, so do you want my business? He looked at me and then I walked away getting back into my car. The sign I added to this post was not there when I had walked in and the sign that I read was no longer there. very unprofessional. I will not be visiting this store anymore due to there unprofessionalism and rudeness manners. it's crazy to think that they were still serving people who were waiting in line but not me Because I was 4 minutes late. i have never seen this happen before, I hope that management and the franchise owner can address this issue so everyone can be happy!
We will never be back.. worst customer service ever. Ordered for delivery at 815 and they close at 10. 930 I get a message saying the order was cancelled... so we drive up there to see what happened.. turns out they closed at 8 due to staffing issues. Totally get that.. but shut the online ordering off and don't just take my money and wait over an hr to cancel the order!! And yes there was an employee inside when we got there, so he could of called when we put the order in!!!
Mmmmmmm but when u ask for waffle cones 8 times u still get a bowl other than that mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

They provide you the best example for Expectation Vs Reality. Advertise something and store provide totally different. Rude staff and customer service. Gives all kind of excuses and doesn't respond to feedback
The store was very messy and the staff where being very unsanitary.Both employees where not wearing gloves and one was even wiping there nose and face.The final straw was when the lady checked me out and handed me money with ice cream all over her hands.?
Every single time I place an order online they mess it up. It’s upsetting.
