Food is good but this location just doesn't have it together.This time they forgot the bacon on the sandwich and the straws.Last time it was an entire sandwich.This is quite frustrating. Please review your processes and figure out where it is going wrong. I can't be the only one.
This place used to be alright but is going down hill fast. Waited 30 mins in the drivethru, paid the outrageous bill for two meals to find that the fries are rock hard and they did not include my wife’s grilled nuggets. We go back inside and the rude employee just gets two more containers of rock hard fries and goes to cook the nuggets. We told him when we walked in that they were grilled and of course he comes back with crispy breaded nuggets. Very frustrating for the high price tag and time wasted in line.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I was in the drive through line for 40 minutes and they told me to move forward, so the people behind me, who ordered after me, could get past me, with their food. I sat there for about 10 more minutes, and still no food. I parked and went inside to find out my order was lost, they gave me no refund but a free chocolate chip cookie. Do NOT recommend going here if you want good service!!

Food was great. But had to ask for something to clean my own table. Had a mobile order put in for dine-in *before we got there, had to ask for that as well after I saw it sitting on the counter in to go bags. Then really had to ask for our drinks. ? have never had that bad of service at a Chick-fil-A- pretty disappointing ?.
Worst CFA in Midwest. $50 order and screwed it up for three of four people. And fail to deliver 2 of four drinks. do not frequent. if you want a plain chicken with pickle we got extra..

One of the worst run Chick-fil-A sites I have ever been to. Seemed overly busy for the volume and multiple customers felt as if they had been waiting too long for orders they had placed in house or on mobile apps.Food was at the chains always high standard.
The staff here is rude. And the way they make there chicken taste like oil. The fries tasted like salt got dumped on them. Like a felt like I was wondering where my fries were. I love chick FILa. But this one in particular I can't say it was a good one.
