Slow but I'm sure they are short staffed. The food was worth the wait ✋️!

Food was not very good, was dry, & slightly warm. Person on intercom & at window was very sweet & answered questions about food, even suggested items. Service was very quick.

Today I was given the wrong order by the manager Monica and she was very very rude. She then told the crew that it was okay to serve the customers food that had already had my hands all over!! She began to argue with me and then she yelled for her general manager who still would not help me and I walked away with nothing and you guys still have my money!

Checkers on Kimberly strikes again. 5th time we have had an order messed up. No hard. I had a large banana shake and a fries lover double. When it got to me me not only was it a chicken sandwich, but it was hard and cold. So not only did jot get my fries lover burger, the sandwich I was was even worse.
Always great service and polite workers. My family loves the 2 for $4 and 2 for $6 deals, I'm a burger gal myself and the kids love the spicy chicken sandwich.
I went there tonight and I got 2 large fries and they were so cold I couldn’t even eat them! Very disappointed
They food was great but the employees were very rude rushing through the order and not very friendly at the window I run a $1.5 million restaurant so I can tell you that friendliness is what is going to continue to bring people back
