I don't eat meat and the impossible cheesesteaks are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I can never decide on the "steak" or "chicken" so I order one of each every single time! I could eat these every single day for the rest of my life and be an extremely happy person!Hats off to your entire crew, ALWAYS amazing! I wish I could give a 6th star!!!
The best sandwich shop in the QCA easily, the waygu is phenomenal, the buns insanely soft in the right way. They have impossible neat great for vegetarians and vegans, including veggie chicken and veggie sandwiches. I must add it is fairly pricey, put money aside for visting this great place.
Really good sandwiches and the staff was very friendly was passing thru on the way home to Hodgkins Illinois
I'll leave you a 5 star but I will tell you about a 2 star experience, only because it happened twice. The Bob. First couple times perfect. The last 2 times, Bob was a sloppy drunk mess with a fork. Is it a bad thing if I order a Bob and a different sandwich master? Glad I didn't go on a picnic. Would have ran out of napkins just opening it. I'll be back it's delicious!
Phenomenal as always. I always get their Capastrami with hot peppers. I would consider it my favorite hot sandwich from any restaurant anywhere. Each location always has friendly and nice staff interactions. Never disappointed, ever. 10/10
I love their turkey sandwich. I worked the polls on Tuesday so I needed to take my lunch and dinner. One big sandwich cut in sections got me through nthe day and into the next day. Very tasty too
Tried Capriotti's for the first time tonight, and I acn't wait to try more items on the menu! Grilled Italian was impressive.
We have ordered their sandwiches for special occasions for family get togethers and occasional for dinner when we are in the area and even when we moved instead of pizza like everyone else you ever helped move. Today we picked up a order we ordered on Thursday for a family get together today which is Saturday. The food wasn't ready when promised, Their food wasn't up to it's usual standard. Today it was just okay. They were very busy and I believe they had new help because the quality just wasn't there. I'd suggest if they are busy to go somewhere else. The sandwiches were skimping on meat and content. The bun could be closed with no squishing it. They may have been running low on meat and other condemns. I wouldn't say don't try them because 1 out of 20 times is a good average. Just don't stop if they are busy.
