Why order ahead. You still have to wait 15 minutes for the order to be made when you arrive. Second time I have had issues with this location. The other time I was told traditional wings were for in store only. With service like this I am surprised they are still open.Star is strictly given for food quality. Service is negatively affecting overall rating.
Not sure. I will start by making it clear, it wasn’t necessarily busy but a 20 top table got sat right before us in our section, so a little wait was expected. Drinks did take a hot minute or 10 to get ordered but we were enjoying ourselves so it was fine. The guy finally had made it to us and got us our drinks right away. The real fun started 20 minutes if day later, the waiter comes back, and asks to sit down with us to take our order? I mean sure why not, just was… different. Waiter was pretty nice but did seem stressed and tired. Waiter took our order, and went and potentially stabbed the order?? We did realize the large table got their orders ahead of us, but after 30 minutes, they all got their food and we were like ah cool now our turn ??. nope ?. It took I’d say another 30 minutes for MOST of our food… except mine. I ordered boneless wings, everyone else had ordered sandwiches. I did find out wings DO take longer, but it’s was a good 15-20 minutes later. Finally I did get my food and ate lonely as everyone else talked over empty plates which was whatever, but oh no the fun doesn’t stop here. The ambience was just stellar with nearly every table being dirty not just with crumbs, but full on plates, cups napkins and stayed dirty from the time we sat down, and were still all dirty when we left after 2 hours. None of this was our servers fault, I honestly felt bad for him. wont probably be returning but it was a different change of dining experience.
I haven’t been here for a long time, but ordered myself lunch because I had a free birthday 6 pack of wings. Ordered a side of fries, ranch, and veggies to go along with it. The ranch cup wasn’t even half full, and I could’ve gotten more fries from McDonald’s for less than the 3.49 they charged me. Definitely will not be ordering from here anytime soon.
Put in a large catering order on fairly short notice. The manager personally oversaw the preparation and packing of the order. Everything was great. Special requests were all met precisely. Staff was attentive. Order was completed and ready on time. Very friendly.
Restaurant was not clean. The soap dispensers were empty in the men's room. We watched as a group sat down next to our table after no one wiped it from the previous customers, we ementioned it to our server and nothing was done. We were almost done with our meal when one of the burgers we ordered finally came. Will not be going back.
I ordered 15 boneless wings to-go. The website said it would be ready in 30 min. It took 57 minutes. When I asked about and ETA or if my food was ready, all they could tell me was "your order is still waiting on some food."Bottom line, issues with service and back of house make it a pretty negative experience when you're paying $1 per chicken nugget...
service is always really good whenever i go, even when they are like super busy. there is a nice variety of food, especially with all the great sauce flavors you can choose from. #don’t really like chicken a lot but am in love with the boneless wings! the staff is so nice!! omg i’m kind of craving it right now ahahahah
Ordered through the bww app, they screwed up the order between them and doordash. Was supposed to get refunded per the manager and never saw the refund. She was extremely rude to me and refused to basically assist me in any resolution. Contacted doordash also and they said to contact bww which I did. Just horrible customer service.
at this point, I'm done ever going here again. they used to be my favorite spot for wings. the last time, we ended up missing a good portion of our food on a pickup order and we live about 25 minutes away so we opted for a refund rather ran driving back to get our missing food. the first manager I spoke with forgot to process my return. no biggie, it happens. the second manager was very nice and got my return processing... but instead of giving me the return I was promised, they refunded $20 out of my order.we had to go get our kids entirely new meals because you forgot 3/4ths of theirs, and the refund didn't even cover the items that were forgotten in the first place.
The place is always busy when I go because it is wing special night either Tuesdays or Thursdays. The staff do there best to get it done. By the way, if you are as sauce crazy as I am, and want the most variety of sauces with your pile of wings on wing special night, get the wings plain and get the sauces on the side. ☺ Yummmmm
