Curly fries and roast beef sandwich is the best
Wouldn't know how the food was. Stood in line for 15 minutes & it was not busy. The guy at the counter was jacking around with co-workers, instead of taking our order!! Very poor service & management!! Someone even said 6 in line & he said "really"!! Still continued to mess around!!!
Arby's was very clean and the employees were respectful and kind. My order was done before I started to walk away from the counter. Very efficient. There handicap entrances and handicap restrooms. One of the stalls needed toilet paper and cleaned. The only problem we had was they had nothing but shakes and ice cream for someone on a soft food diet.
I understand shift change, and register drawers needing to be switched at end of day. But having to wait 30 minutes for that to be done and then someone to start register with people waiting is a sorry way to run a business. Only saving grace was the 3 staff members who kept apologizing for the wait as they waited for management to reopen registers.
It's great that at 9am, I can order anything from the menu! The employees are great and deal with the sarcasm I dish out! They lose a star for the times they had to close down the drive thru due to shortage of employees. Covid thing. But I really love this place

Stopped at this location for necessity not by choice.. the prices are excessive. The food used to be real.. now it all bolonia .. people working there were friendly hance the second star.
