Service was incredibly slow through drive thru, was told they were only accepting cash payments I said "I'm alright with that" then radio silence. No follow up from the drive thru worker. After a minute I asked if I should begin ordering and again, nothing. Another minute and the worker said I could order now so I proceeded to begin ordering and as I was saying I wanted a meal she asked what I wanted to drink. I said my drink order then radio silence for another minute. She comes back and asks again what ibwanted to drink. The only reason this received 2 stars was because they gave me a free fry for my wait, otherwise this would be an easy 1 star review to give for the level of customer service that was provided.
No one took order in drive thru. Drove to window and watched someone skirt away. Eventually male manager came to window. I came to just get my son a frosty. He apologized and gave it to us free. Thank you kindly
This has got to be the worst location in the area. The orders often are not correct and the staff is very rude. I was actually going to get an order replaced after speaking to management but they had no knowledge of this so I had to repeat myself and they treated me like I was just trying to get something free when it was THEIR mistake. I was able to provide my receipt, however, there's is nothing worse than having a terrible experience when your reason for being there is to give them a chance to correct a previous terrible experience! After this, I tried to contact the customer service line but was on hold forever. I'm completely done with this location.
Used to be able to pick up doordash through drive through. Waited 15 Mins in drivethrough when I was rudely told to go inside. Kindly asked them to post their lobby hours and to update their doordash instructions and was met with more rude comments. Not impressed.Update-went to go into lobby about 12:15pm 6-20 and lobby was locked.....smh
Dawn or whatever her name is the general manager was in the middle of screaming at her employees in a vulgar manner and I was out in the lobby with my three kids and wife and the entire lobby could hear the yelling. Now I understand working with younger kids but to scream at the top of your lungs in front of customers swearing and cussing up a storm is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, especially for the GM!! We then grabbed our food and asked for Togo bags and left the establishment and won’t be back. This experience was good up until the most important part. The dine in experience. Never should a a manger be yelling at the top of her lungs cuss words at her employees. I will be notifying corporate and for everyone else I would try hard to avoid .dining in at this location or let alone ever going back.
Ordered online...carryout. Order was placed 20 minutes BEFORE leaving for Wendy's and it's still 15 minutes away. Arrived, went inside...order was not even started! Waited another 15 minutes!And...what's up with the Frostys? Pick up the cup...feels very light. And...the Frosty was watery.
35th & Broadway, arrived at 9:56. No idea what the hours are but the lights are on. I hit my horn, no response so I waited 2 to 3 minutes, nothing. Pulled up to the window, one woman in a blue shirt, clipboard looked and ignored me. Pulled to the next window, employee looked at me then shut off the lights. Unacceptable! Won't be back.
Waited about 35 min in line, when we got to the window they said they didn't know what we ordered because it disappeared on the screen and then we checked to make sure we weren't missing anything but didn't know we needed to check the actual sandwiches. We found out after leaving that they didn't give us a single sandwich correct (there were only 3 sandwiches). This place needs to reevaluate their workers.
The drive-through was so slow. Plus it was rainy so you have to have the window down in order to hear them. So yes got soak sitting in my car. Not a happy camper.
Incompetent workers that’s why they make $12 an hour. It’s sad we trust people who make $12 an hour that don’t know how to even rig up an order right, and with what we put into our body’s. Like they care for our health and well-being. Judging by the other reviews from others I can see why it’s rated low. Surprised it’s still even open.
