This place has totally gone down hill. Employees are more willing to chit chat with their friends than to work and pay attention to the customers orders. Three out of the last five times I've purchased from there have been wrong.
Very rude people. I placed my order and asked for 2 things not on my nachos and they lady was so busy on the phone with a personal call to even hear it when I got my receipt I noticed she didnt have one of the 2 items i asked not to have on my food and when I asked she got very rude and so did the other employee she had remake it and they seriously just scoop the item off my food and bagged it back up. This is very unprofessional and nasty. I paid for food I like it to be they way i ordered it. This place has gone down since the old owners left.
Has gotten expensive but way better than taco bell!
Ended up here because they're competitor was out of everything that we wanted so we can't even Taco John's

Good food and awesome staff. I love the people here they know I have food allergies and are so understanding and nice about it when I come in. I have been to many place that act like I'm just being difficult when I'm not and love how the staff is always so nice about my order.
Horrible customer service employees are careless and very slow to get orders to you
The food is good here. I love the potato oles etc. The only downfall is the time it takes to get food inside the restaurant and it's not always accurate. They resolved the issue and comped food so it's all good. Little pricey but hey, that's everything now a days! P.S. - get their spicy green sauce! You have to ask for it but it's well worth it!
