I ordered 1 crunchy Taco Supreme and nothing else and my order was wrong ! I got a plain Taco, no tomatoes or sour cream......plus they added 2 chicken chalupas, which I don't even like......how ridiculous
Waited 30 minutes in line with maybe 4 cars ahead of me.I get some wait times especially at 11 PM, but in the time I waited, I could’ve started up my oven at home and cooked ground beef in a cast iron skillet. I really try to get people being slow, but that was beyond ridiculous.
Service was a little slow. Other than that all was good. Push training/cross training to make staff more efficient to maximize their potential
Went to this location on 28th and Broadway. The wait was over 20 minutes, finally got to order. When I got my food it was cold the bean burrito was not even heated up and the beans and cheese were hard. The taco was lett7ce and cheese with no meat. I was not happy with my order. When tried to call noone ever answered the phone and this was at 540 in the afternoon! Not impressed.
I’m not someone who complains about the wait time because I also work in the food service and understand that when there is a rush, things take time. I do complain when my food is disrespectfully thrown on the counter after I wait. I had done nothing to insult the employees working there because I had ordered my food at the kiosk so I hadn’t even had contact with them yet. Then I later find that the food I ordered had been poorly made and thrown into its boxes carelessly. My taco pizza was completely destroyed when I opened the box. I will never go to this Taco Bell again due to its terrible service.
I like going during happy hour and getting A few cold mtdews for a dollar with my chulpa and services fast and fresh
Worst Taco Bell around. If I could give it zero stars I would. The drive thru is a 20minute wait no matter when you go and while I waited in line I finally made it to the menu board and I see a make-shift sign saying cash only. No I'm stuck waiting and I can't order or pay for food. Thanks for waiting my time Taco Hell!
I waited 30 min on the drive thru to order and another 25 min to get the food, once I get the food I checked and there was 2 chicken quesadillas missing I go to nock on the door to get the rest of the food and they were ignoring me not wanting to open the door, so I can get the rest of the food that I paid for it, the people that work there instead of helping me they were playing throwing paper towels one to another. This Taco Bell needs better management.
Went through the drive thru . Order was filled correctly and fast. We tried the breakfast box. We liked it a lot.
Quick, order on point, smiled & ensured everything we ordered was correct, even though it was 7 minutes to close. Great job, especially in today's environment!!
