At 7:45 I pull through drive through to order, with absolutely nobody else in sight.. not inside or in drive through & the guy working says “ you’re going to have to come inside to order” why? We are short staffed.. ok but you guys have nobody even here but me.. so you can’t take my order.. we’ll everyone else been coming inside.. like I highly doubt that. The man could of just took my order instead of making it complicated. Y’all would understand if you guys didn’t wanna drag your kid out of the car just for some Taco Bell?
Went through drive thru,had 3 people to order for and wasn't ordering fast enough for Antonio apparently. He was very rude when I asked a question about their boxes. Then when I told him I couldn't hear him he screamed at me. When I pulled up to the window I asked him if he was having a bad day. And he got snooty with me again. Only gave me two of the 3 pops that I ordered. Shut the window on me while I was talking to him and started laughing and then handed me my food and refused to help me any further. Half of our order was incorrect and we were missing our pop so I tried to go to the door to get it corrected and the door was locked and nobody would answer. Tried to call them on the phone three times never got an answer. Then when I called corporate the first time I got hung up on so I called back again and talked to somebody else and was offered coupons for three free items instead of my money back. Not sure how well that'll go over it'll probably be a limit which won't equal to what I ordered I'm sure. All in all was not very satisfied with the service at all! We'll never return to this Taco Bell so discouraging how people treat people these days!
Not sure whats happening to the place but all the tbs in town are dropping in food and service quality, you never know what your going to get. Ordered tonight, prices on the board are wrong in favor of the restaurant and they only gave us half our order. Not going back again
They should edit the store hours for the lobby. It's always a guess in the mornings in weekends if the lobby will be open or if it's only drive thru. Most of the time the lobby seems to be closed. This location is close to my house, with gas prices high, I prefer to walk the 2 blocks. However, I'm not gonna walk and stand in the drive thru.
Went through drive thru and asked to pull around to pull around to pick up order. Okay no problem. Sat ten minutes no orderSo I went in and the girl at drive thru said to the guys making orders why wasn't this taken out and of course shrugging showers. I am assuming the guy that brought me the order to counter was the manager boy does he need customer service training. I was hot. I wanted fast food not cold food. But go figure he had his money make them wait
Always, ALWAYS, "OUT" of everything. Constantly. I don't think it's possible to be that bad at ordering for your store. Orders are always wrong, food is either burnt or cold. I live two blocks from here but will absolutely drive to any other one in town before coming here.
I ordered online, too pick up through drive thru, and when I got there they told me that I had to come into the lobby to get my order. When I told them that I wasn't dressed for going on anywhere, they repeated this. I asked what the problem was, and they told me that I should pull up to the window. The man there said my name, and then handed me out the bag without a thank you/ anything, even though I thanked him. NOT good service!!!
Only giving one star and if I could I would rate them lower. Went there after work to get two chicken chipotle ranch burritos and a fry and two Cinna buns and three Doritos tacos and didn't get my Cinna buns. And my burritos where not grilled. And the tacos were soggy!! The kids that made our order acted like they didn't know how to do there job!! This place gone down hill badly since the pandemic!! My orders are always missing something. Or not made right or messed up!! Will not be coming back to this taco bell ever. Wish they would/could do better!! Its fast food for God sakes!! Not rocket science!!!!!
I like taco bell very cheap menu items. And personally i like their food. Chicken tacos, beef and bean burrito,taco pizza and plus they taco bell i go to is connected to a kfc twice the treat. I really like their chicken sandwich. And if you fill in receipt its buy one get one free
At the order menu, car in front of me and car behind me. It's going to be a 10 minute wait for anything with beef, chicken or steak. So, basically everything. Yes. Poor management. No escape. Had to wait just to drive over to taco John's
