Is it just me or have they started using more whipped cream than coffee? It's just okay.
Typical Starbucks experience, which is to say it's good for a caffeine boost or sweet drink. Drive thru upgraded by well placed googly eye stickers.
Can't complain. People were friendly, drinks were delicious, good was warm.
Just ok. This place is not as good as metro crossing. Very friendly service. Wish the hours were consistent. Never know if their going to be open or not.
Prices have increased again; but still great quality coffee.

I would give zero stars if I could. This store has repeatedly messed up my drinks. I always order through the app and select my customizations to my drinks and time and time again baristas just do not do them. I understand it may be a hassle to add extra but I’m paying for this drink I’d like it to be correct. Typically not one to complain but this has happened several times in the past few months.
I love the coffees it's cheaper. Cheap but good. I would recommend going here for coffee
Your customer service was nasty as heck this morning. Another thing I ask for cold foam and this is about the forth morning I have yet to recieve a good tasting cup of coffee. Council Bluffs will no longer recieve my buisness. Change your attitudes. Serve better coffee.
