Ordered food on line and prepaid. Got there and they were out of item. Wife didn’t want anything else. Asked how to get refund and told had to call corporate number. Called corporate number and told they can only refund entire ordered not just one item. Called store back and they said they can’t handle it at store level and would have to call corporate
Service is slow but it's to be expected due to the volume of customers. I feel they need to work on giving their staff customer service knowledge. A place like that needs more upbeat personnel. I went there two days in a row and both staff members had dealt with were either uneducated in customer service, first visit and on the second visit the staff member had no enthusiasm about doing their job. Other than that food was good no complaints in that area
Horrible service. Through drive thru they forgot the fries to our meals. When we pulled in to request them, two separate people came out to argue with us and make us prove we didn't get them - asking for receipts, checking our bags - treating us like we were lying. We had to fight with them to just give us the food we paid for and with much hesitation they finally did. Most awkward interaction and so rude.

The food was great. My grandchildren loved and devoured the cheeseburgers,fries,chicken strips. The onion rings were good and tasty. Service was in a timely manner and served with politeness.
My sister is diabetic and we came here for some food. The lady wasn't paying attention to the order and messed it up at the drive in. The supervisor said he wouldn't serve us because we were yelling at his employee. He got sassy and said, "goodbye, goodbye, goodbye." Not a very friendly place.
Went to Drive Thru Thur 05/12 at 1230 pm for lunch… for 3 cars in a row no one would answer at the drive thru speaker for over 15 min. Two cars ahead of me drove away and I finally drove up to window and asked if speaker was broken and lady laughed and said I don’t know as I do not have a headset. Then I heard 3 ladies laughing in there so I drove off as well. Line of cars around the building. I’ll never go back to this location again.
Tonight I was at the window with no one in front of me or behind me for a few minutes and the crew inside did nothing but screw around. I saw a huge line form behind me and was told they were just waiting on a patty and tots and they continued to screw around for about 10-15 minutes, cussing loudly and throwing things at each other and chasing each other in the store. When I finally got my food and got home all the food was thrown in the bag and the burger was just thrown together, the food was cold. I don’t come here often but the last couple times has been very unprofessional like this but this was the worst. I understand having fun and getting along but get it together for the customers.
Im from thebEast coast and heard some refer to this place as legendary. Cheeseburger was good, jalapeño poppers were not good. Vanilla shake was ok. Kids enjoyed the grape slushie with nerds and the corn dogs but will prob not be going back.
