I usually get the Carmelicious frappachino here and it’s super delicious

Been coming to this location since I moved here to council bluffs, I give them a 3 star because they are awesome for the most part but for some weird reason my order was just a so BAD, MY WHIP CREAM to my coffee were smashed down with flat lids and didn't get any explanation or apology as to why I got my coffee's like that and for the amount the coffees cost I should've atleast had an apology especially for my waffle sandwich I opened as soon as I got it and it was just scattered all in the bag this visit was by far the worst.
Disappointed in this location I visit scooters maybe 2x weekly and today I went and ordered a carmalicious blender well I got my drink I pulled away and stuck my Strawn into taste and it was bland not flavor now what like the combination wasn't as usual I went back through and the girl was nice and all I fave my drink back and she kindly made me a new one I even left a tip she had stated she added extra caramel to my drink for me well i pull away again and take a drink it was way too much like all could taste was the sweetness of the caramel syrup I tossed it In the trash what a waste of money I woul of rather had the b ice chunks I usually get
I absolutely LOVE this location. I have one that's actually closer but go out of my way to see the ladies at 16th. The GM is AMAZING. They are always so sweet to me and ask me how my day was. I've never had a rude or unhappy employee. You guys are doing awesome keep up the good work and thank you again for this morning ?
They did a good job on the coffee order. It probably wouldn't have been as confusing of an order, if the music inside wasn't so loud and they didn't interrupt you while you're ordering.
I stopped by tonight on the way to see my dad at the hospital. The girl who helped me was SO kind! I appreciate her going the extra mile to connect. Wish I had gotten her name to thank her personally!
