75% of parking is long term. I’ve seen so many drivers getting picked up or dropped off at there trucks. If u can get a parking spot you will see one of the best truck stops ever. Was here for my 34 restart. Everyone so friendly. Ate in restaurant twice. Shower super nice. Inside is dead at 530pm because lot is full trucks and no drivers in them and nobody using there facilities. I understand u need to get home. But what about all the other drivers who need to stop?
Great place nice people, good food clean showers. What's even better seems like know one's in the fuel lanes taking 30 minute breaks. Even a Blue Beacon wash out in the same parking lot. Very convenient. Easy on and off from I-80 and I-29.
A good Sapp Bros truck store and store always like to stop and do a little business with them. IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW TRUCK STOP BRANDS I LOOKED FORWARD TO WHEN DRIVING SEMI TRUCK BUT NO MORE WITH GPS STUFF
How sad this place has become. Got here about 3:30 pm on a Sunday, to find the parking lot full. Full of dropped trucks and trailers. 85-90% percent of the vehicles parked in truck parking were vacant, left by their drivers for the weekend. Then there are others who drop their trailers in one spot, and park their tractors in other spots. The real road warriors have very few options when it comes to this particular Sapp Brothers. No parking for outsiders. So why buy fuel here? Can't get a shower or anything to eat, no available parking. Then there are the drivers marking their spots with their 4-wheelers, so when they get home they have parking. This use to be a stop for over-the-road drivers. Now it's a drop-yard for the locals. So sad.
This is the cleanest truckstop we have ever visited! Other truckstop chains need to step up. The bathrooms are clean and immaculate and it was nice to have a sink in each stall. The couple shower was very clean and had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. It also has a bathtub great for soaking. The customer service in this store is awesome. They are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The store is well stocked with alot of good snacks and plenty of treasures to buy. The parking lot and grounds are very clean which is a great asset for taking our truck furbabies out to play. We will definitely stay here every time we pickup/deliver a load to Council Bluffs!
This place was pretty good, there was a lady at the counter checking, who made my day with her smile and courteous attitude. It’s just nice to be nice, Right?!!
I usually leave my car here while I go OTR in my semi. Today I stopped by to work on my truck for about an hour and came out to this. Luckily I wasn’t leaving my car there for an extended period of time.Talk about being inconsiderate to semi truck drivers when that lot is empty most of the time and used by truckers while they work in their semi trucks. I’m sure they’re going to tow a few cars today being that a few had been there since yesterday when I also had stopped by. Unbelievable that they did this….
Came here to go to the Subway and there was no one at the counter and no sign saying they were closed. After standing there for a while an employee came out and said they were closed. I then asked when they open and he said they were supposed to be but had no product. I understand that shipping errors occur but the least you could do is put out a sign explaining that.
Stopped in for a bite to eat on my way to Lincoln. I ordered the 2pc. Chicken with fries and a drink.The chicken was dry, and crusty. It could have been in the warmer for a long time.I could have gotten a better deal at KFC and a lot cheaper too.I am not going to be a repeat customer.PS. The fries had some taste to them.This location was off of interstate 80, in Omaha.
amazing staff in the shop area, they tend to have alot going on but they get their trucks out as quick as possible for their customers. The fuel area not always the best depending on the times of day but they do okay for the most part. LOTS of merchandise inside the fuel area to check out and the restaurant is always amazingly hot and fresh when served.
