I went because my sister was buying. The food was good, service was not. I got a three course meal for the first course I got soup. I asked for crackers and they had none. How do you sell soup every day and not have crackers? Second course I was supposed to have 3 coconut shrimp only got 2 even after complaining still didn't get it nor did my husband get his 3rd one. My glass of tea stood empty my entire meal. The waitress saw and acknowledged that my glass was empty 3 times before I finally got a refill right before we were about to leave. I'm not coming back anytime soon.
Red Lo:bster was is top notch. Everything was excellent, our server was professional, she and I had laughts fun relaxing I loved it.
The waiter Terra was phenomenal and the service and food quality was great! Brandon the manager was super nice and helpful with every question we had! Definitely eat here!
Service was good. I know times are hard, but the price increase is seems big, portions are smaller. Salad is now considered a side choice. They were out of some sides... If I am going to pay the price, I want my favorites!

Fantastic! The waitress was very nice and fun as hell! She told my 78 year old Mother and my 76 year old Aunt about the new drink they have, the lobster punch, and we were off to the races. Perfect end to a great day. Fantastic!!
Usually I enjoy Red Lobster but today Mother’s Day…we knew they would be busy and so we specifically asked for a reservation. We showed up 5 minutes ahead of schedule and were informed that the wait would be 20 minutes. An 1 hour and 15 minutes later they seated us. Service was slow so 2 hours after that we left the restaurant. If the restaurant has no intention of honoring reservations don’t bother taking them. In addition they were out of many of the menu selections. They are busy on Mother’s Day every year. They were very lll prepared.
Our server, Jimmy was fantastic, but the food wasn't all quite as fantastic. The stuffed flounder was good, but was missing the lobster that it was meant to be topped with. The baked potato did have the lobster topping, but appeared to have been in the oven/warmer a little too long as the bottom was overdone. My husband enjoyed his rainbow trout thoroughly, and we were both happy to find a few non-fried seafood options! All in all, it was pricey, but since we don't do it often, it was still a good lunch date! ?
Great service Bric was on top of things. Drinks always full. Food was awesome.
The food was great, ordered the seafood feast. Plenty to eat. Tender shrimp, and lobster. Would have preferred a better seat, however, we were near the bathroom. We asked, but that's what we got.
