We love pizza ranch! We were so excited to move near one! We have to tell ourselves we can only go once a month so we don't gain a ton of weight!The staff here is very nice and they try to do a good job keeping the buffet line clean.It's great you can order any pizza you want and they will bring it to you first before they put it on the buffet. My husband really likes their stuffed crust pizza.Note--they did have to raise their prices due to the price of chicken. I think the evening/weekend price is up to a little over $13/adult.
Always a great choice! Had 2 busloads of wrestlers and managed to keep all food filled.lots of pizza choices.
First ones there and the bathroom was gross the walls haven't been wiped down in a very long time dried toilet paper on the wall. And nasty toilets haven't been cleaned in a while. I'd hate to see the kitchen if they can't keep the bathroom clean, the ranch bottle at the salad bar hasn't been wiped down or cleaned in a very long time it had a thick yellow crust on the lid barf the chicken looked like it was left in the bin for a long time super greasy just put the new chicken right on top of the old needless to say we asked for our money back and left cause after the bathroom we weren't that hungry then saw the rest we were good ?
Worse chicken I've ever had in my life. It looked a bit burnt and the taste was awful. I have no clue how they ruined it, bad chicken, old oil, low temp fryer, over loaded fryer, change in type of oil used? Bef covid I always bragged they had the best chicken in council bluffs. I've been eating there since they built the place but stopped when covid hit. Family Fare now has the best chicken in CB, with Popeyes a close second. I won't return here but I'll consider trying the Omaha location.
I can't say enough positive for this Pizza Ranch. We called ahead because we are coming over with a large group about an hour or so before close. They made sure everything was good, greeted us with smiles and thanks for coming in.

Ordered 2 pizzas, both were wrong. when I called, they said they they didn't have ingredients so they just decided to send it out wrong instead. I guess they were hoping we didn't notice. The female.who answered only wanted to give me credit for one pizza. NO. We aren't eating either, not good. She hung up on me. When I called back, the "manager" said the people at the counter didn't know what was on the pizza so it isn't their fault......so I asked about accountability and teamwork. He said he'd void my ticket, then called me "Karen", and hung up on me! All because I was standing up for myself be ause their customer service is so lacking!! Customer service is not what it used to be. Sad.
The chicken here is actually delicious! Pizza is meh. Glassware was not clean. Staff friendly. Overall 3, my 90 year old grandfather absolutely loves the place though.
We arrived around 6pm. Paid almost $60. Salad bar was empty & disgustingly dirty. Also No chicken or pasta, pasta sauce was crusted over like it had been sitting all afternoon. Only things on bars were a few pizzas, a desert pizza.We asked for chicken to be made and this is how we got it. RAW STILL!! I addressed it and lady running register said just to put it down and she would let someone know.NO ONE REMOVED THE REST OF THIS BATCH OF CHICKEN, they continued to let ppl eat it.No staff to be found besides the lady running register. Guest were standing around the bars waiting for food. No one cleaning tables or stocking bar unless asked, and staff were very bothered by ppl asking for food.We get home & all 5 of us are either vomiting or have diarrhea, or both.
To be honest working in the food industry If I was the health inspector I would shut them down. The salad bar is so disgusting where the dressings are they are sitting in dried up food an dressing that has been spilled out. The floors are so nasty where there is workers wondering around looking for something to do need to clean up your restaurant. Not much to chose from on the buffet I get it with hard times but the same food has been out there nothing has changed in the 30 mins we have been here. So over all will I be back no not tell you clean up your restaurant!
