I have gave this place the benefit of the doubt several times and the people who work there are extremely rude and have zero customer service and they have not only yelled at me over the phone for asking questions but they also hang up.... very classy!
Not sure I’ll even get a pizza delivered!! I was on the phone with the “call center “( why do they even have a call center?? ) for twenty minutes! I hope I didn’t get identity stolen. The girl kept putting me on hold seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, having a bad day, I don’t even know!!
This pizza hut location has solidified our decision to switch to dominos. It had been a while since we ate pizza hut and now we remember why. We called the store to order and we asked what the specials were. The employee on the phone said she didnt know that they were online. I said i would call back once we figured it out.I ended up completing the order online but the drop down for pickup time was too small maybe because i picked the wrong time to pick up by 15 minutes (my fault) i called the store to ask them if they could have it ready 15 minutes later and the same employee said they dont have ability to change anything and they do orders when they receive them. Seems reasonable enough but the biggest issue is the tone of voice the person used. As if i was inconsiderate of her time.Pizza hut used to pride themselves in pizza and customer service. Now its just sub par product and people that hate their job.I challenge anyone to call a dominos and see if they get the same reaction on the business end of the phone.
ATTENTION,Let me tell you about how horrible my experience was at pizza hut. I ordered my food as normal on the website expecting to get there at the pick up time to pick up my order and take it home.... now my food was 45.78 in total so I quickly checked my wallet and decided to head to the restaurant to pick it up. We'll, when I went into the unwelcoming environment of pizza hut I was greeted with a grumpy, tired and unprofessional women in a beanie. I attempted to pay for the order knowing exactly how much the payment was for and also acknowledging that my pizza was right behind her ready to go. I handed her cash when she says "we don't take 50's or 100's!"( My order was 45 dollars!! Why can't you not make change for 5 dollars?) I decided to exit the building and go to the closest store (where I could have just got 6 frozen pizzas for the same price as the pizza I ordered and called it a day) and break the same 50 dollar bill that I attempted to pay the grump earlier. I walked back into the lair of the grump again to get my food for the second time and hand the woman the amount that is owed, Annoyed and confused I asked "why couldn't you just make change for the 5 dollars" she replied with "I'll get fired if I accept it" after getting my cold food from having to run down the street to the store (remember they have a whole freezer section FULL of pizza) I expressed my thoughts to the staff members how ridiculous this was and that this procedure should have been explained to me when I placed the order online. For the last time I was met by miss grumpy with "we don't control the internet" I went home and had to heat up my pizza. Let it be said here anyone could outpizza this hut! #notevenclose
Too bad as I used to tell people how good your pizza was even when they all said I was nuts! I ordered thin and crispy crust (since they were out of hand tossed)’with white sauce. Think there was no sauce. My son and I could not chew the crust ( very dry brown or burned and tasteless) I knew something was wrong when I lifted the box. Too light like nothing there. I took it back and the manager says it’s not burned and made me feel foolish. Like I was somone who always complains and just wanted somthing free. Not the case! I told her to try It see if she could chew it and walked out. Left my pizza! Can’t believe they didn’t stop me! Never again!
We ordered pick up from this location recently and it was fabulous. Highly recommend the spicy lovers chicken pizza! The spicy marinara and the spice blend made it memorable ?Also got stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, breadsticks with marinara sauce and my favorite the chicken alfredo pasta. All loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly.
I ordered 2 pizzas and my pizzas and breadsticks was rock hard so I called md talked to the manager Emily and she had my pizzas re made she was a big help thanks
This location is always a hit and miss which sucks because when it’s good it’s great! But we recently spent quite a bit of money and the pizza was paper thin, stuffed crust had bare to none cheese inside and the cheese breadsticks barely had cheese on top and were burnt. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. Just super annoying because I know they can do better, but this should be good ALL the time, especially when you get tips as well!
Ordered my pizza at 730 pm, Got a text at 820 saying it was out for delivery I called at 9pm and was told it should have been here called again at 915pm and was asking to call the driver got hung up on just got my pizza and it's cold of course. Was told they could redeliver but it would take just as long and I'd still get a cold pizza.
The pizza and the service were both excellent today. Thank you very much to all the Pizza hut staff.
