One simple pizza and couldn’t get the 2 toppings right. Disappointing. Pizza came on time though

Ordered online. Got my order totally wrong. Wouldn't answer the phone. Had to take wrong order back and wait for my order. It was over sixty dollar order
I had a great experience. I ordered online and picked it up in the store. They got my order correct. The pizza was hot and delicious. The cooks and cashiers were friendly. I will definitely use this location again as it is conveniently located off broadway.
Was disappointed. The food was fine, considering I waited for approximately 45 minutes for my order. I was slightly put off that one of the employees, who obviously works around food, was dressed in a sleeveless tank top, shorts and sandals. No hair/beardnet either...
My order NEVER arrived. I have never experienced anything like this before. I do not normally order Pizza Hut but I wanted to try something new. I will not order from this location and I have not been able to contact a human being about refunding my money.?????
?HEY ADAM NICE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! ????? My Cousin ordered a Large Pepperoni & Pinapple pizza from this location 22nd & West Broadway tonight for dinner at 5:45 pm. They told her it would be here within 30-45 minutes. The delivery driver didn't come with the pizza until about 7:40 pm,& the pizza was cold. The cheese was cracking open like day old pizza.So when I was finally able to call & get through to talk to Someone from that store. This guy ADAM says he is the Manager & I give him all the information he asks for, then he proceeded to say that they don't have any such record of an order placed & if she can't PROVE it with a receipt, which the delivery driver kept. He wasn't going to do anything about it! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN, NOR MY COUSIN!
I ordered 1 Hawaiian, 1 pepperoni and 1 2 littler Pepsi. For $49?After more than 1 hour the delivery guy came, he forgot the Pepsi and my Hawaiian had only 3 pieces of pineapple ? Very disappointed and thirsty? I hope he comes back with my Pepsi now because I am about to choke!I need a refund today,I feel sorry about the delivery guy, while I was typing this, he came back with the Pepsi that he bought at the gas station but they are not cold??
Order pizza from this location about every other month or so for the past few years. Their pizza barely has any sauce on it despite always asking for extra. Literally one of only three ingredients that make a pizza.I've never ordered a pizza from here and thought, "Yeah I'm glad I got this." I don't know why I keep giving them chances it always ends in disappointment.Last time I ordered a pizza from here it was over cooked, dry, and again can't stress this enough, no sauce. I'm sure the pizza would have decent flavor if it actually had sauce on it. The way it was cut was something out of a horror film too. Wasn't cut all the way through and it looked like the person was blindfolded while cutting it.Pizza hut also no longer offers their seasoned crusts. Not a location issue, but if you're part of the group of people that liked that about pizza hut, prepare for even more disappointment.
I ordered extra sauce! The pizza came dryer then dust. Worst pizza around
