I went to have lunch. It wasn't that busy. I placed my order, told the cook what I wanted and how I wanted it prepared. A different employee took over as he was preparing my order and ruined the order causing the original cook to start over with my order and delayed others following me. After finally getting my meal, which has already been paid for the cashier proceeded to bill me again. The eating utensils are not individually wrapped exposing them and patrons to contamination. I asked for hot water. The was none to rinse the utensils. After this experience all I wanted to do was leave. It may have been an off day but, I cannot recommend them for getting anything.
The kid on the register didn't know how to do my rewards on my phone. So I lost out on my rewards for the food I bought. And the girl on the grill wasn't listening when I said extra rice and extra veggies. And didn't even ask if we were done with our order. She just moved on to the next person behind us. And we still had a burrito to order. We asked for a grill scrap cause the grill was super dirty. And she asked like it was a big deal on doin her job!! They only had three employees working during dinner rush!!
Great burritos and philly's! They have a great selection of toppings - the jalapeños are always fresh and the lettuce crisp.Plus the chicken (I got a chicken burrito and had it fireballed) was so tender and flavorful!
I ordered online and it said it would be ready by 7:40pm. It didn’t look busy so I went in early and let them know I had an online order. The person said they would be starting on it in a few minutes. There was one person in line & I was early so I had no problem waiting. A total of 8 people were helped while I waited for my online order all of whom walked in after me. I asked about my order again & finally it made it out of there at 7:56.
I'm a little disappointed. You can see two objects in the photo that I'm sharing, that would be bone. For the last couple of weeks me and my wife has been on a PepperJax Kick.We always get the same thing and I always get double steak Rice Bowl. Mind you I have eaten there several times and never had an issue however biting into two pieces of bone when you're only one third of the way through your Rice Bowl is not an enjoyable experience.When I get into the first one I figured hey things happen I'll finish my bowl out because there's no way there would be another piece of bone, surprise, there was.I can also assure you that biting into a piece of bone is not a pleasurable experience let alone doing it twice.
A bunch of incompetent workers. Can’t prepare food the proper way. Idk why they have a job.
Had the fresh salad w/steak. The workers all were super friendly and performed their duties to the T. Very pleasant lunch!

I was at the CB location around 5:30pm today & I must say the Staff there are sooo Awesome even the new guy!! LolThanks for making our dining there a great one!!! Definitely going to make this one my favorite one!! ???
